Experience will eventually take away your innocence and teach you never to read into these things as "gospel", or "written in stone". These rules are not there to protect the Player They are only ever adhered to when it suits Stake to do so.. But as a Player, Don't EVER rely on them.. !!

There are many many many many many alt account (just in german chat alone). Even mods know which accounts belongs to who. But no actions since they have verified with a passport.

If the user has passed the level 2 verification process, this means that the account is no longer considered an alternate account.
