- i spend like 10-11 hours everyday. But it can be more than 15-16 hours.

- The one who keeps order in charge.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

- I would love to represent one of the old and famous casino website. Being a moderator also means being a leader, and I think I can help players in many aspects through my skills and knowledge.

- yes.

- Moderator keeps chat clean and friendly so new users and the other users dont have problem with people. Moderator has to help people about their problems, and solve problems.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

- Chat needs moderator right now as you can see, and i can help people about site and make chat clean. Because I dont like to people have problems with site or someone else.

- Muted for chat jumping, but it was long time ago i dont remember well.

- I was a moderator on many discord groups that which has more than 1000 people in it, I was moderator on a gamling site but it closed now. I had rust server that has more than 1000 active user and i was the only moderator there.

• A moderator help this website to be better gambling site in the future to looking forward to comeback after the first visit. Moderator will make sure there is no bad experience happening in the Chat Room, like Spam, Begging, Or Advertising, etc. So after all, the job of Moderator is just to make sure all players had a good Chit-Chat and also to make sure all players to follow the chat room rules.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

•  I want to get closer to the player and be more helpful to them. If I'm elected I will be responsible and earnest in carrying out my duties as moderator.

How much time on average do you spend on Turkish chat every day? - normally i spend much of time in the german chat and sometimes in the turkish chat. I can speak turkisch totally because i am a turkish citizen. Proprably i spent about 7-10 hours a day on stake.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?- in gernal there are certain rules to be followed when it comes to publishing content on the internet. So every business like our lovely stake company has its own set of content standards. A moderator has the job to filters unapproved content for example. Furthermore a moderator take the responsibility of approving content before getting it love on the chat for example.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?- im a customer since almost 1 year, i think that i can fit perfectly in the turkish community. More then that i like it to spent time on stake chats, so i think that my personality fits perfectly to the conditions of a moderator.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? - Last week i was muted for 4 hours, but this was just like an accident, everybody knows me on the german chat as an kindly person.

My username is Sher00. Mostly I spend 3-4 hours on Stake average per day. I can explain moderators job but I think it doesn't matter. Because it depends on definition what admin's wish and specific rules of chat and site. People who know how to do the right things in the right place at the right time, and who can communicate with their superiors and subordinates, can do the 'specific definition' jobs as moderators. That's the basic I think. The answer for that Q 'Why I want to become a moderator?' is probably same for everyone that applied who live and Turkey. All we think you will hire one of us with a USD or EUR currency based paycheck 🙃 That's my answer too. And also Stake community makes me feel comfortable while I am betting, having a problem to solve, technical issues etc. I feel comfortable coz the crew, the team doing right most of things and it's only possible with good working conditions. I believe you have serve good conditions for your workers/employees. I am a psychologist who is working for a gaming company as a Game Moderator (freelance) and who is worked for HR departments of in Turkey. I have enough ability and experience to communicate with superiors or users. I know exactly what I am capable of and I know literally what kind of job I want (I mean, I want more than being a moderator🧐). And the final answer for the last Q, I have never get banned or muted.

2-I don't spend much time on the chats as I don't always enjoy it, however I'm aware of what kind of a community it is and I can easily fit in. I'm also a Plat 2 VIP and know a lot about the website.

3-To put it simply - to keep the chat in order, punish those that ignore the chat rules, help anyone that needs help (or forward them to live support) and generally keep an eye on the chat in case of anything.

4-Can't lie, main motivation of mine would be the opportunities - including salary. I'd love to take place in a large company, such as Stake, where I can grow myself. Other than that, it's chatting afterall, and I somewhat find it fun, and it feels good to have some responsibility in life - some responsibility that I can handle :)
