Helping the users in the chat with what they need: Explaining casino ToS, answering any questions they have about games, bonuses, and controlling chat discipline aiming to improve constructive conversations. This could be done by interacting/monitoring the chat making sure everything happening is within the rules or taking needed actions to make sure that the chatters talk to each other in a respectable way.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

One of the advantages of being a freelancer is that you have much more freedom, so I have enough time to keep chat clean and help users be in constructive discussions. I feel like I can help them regarding any questions as a native Turkish language speaker and direct them to live support in case of something should be done by a professional team. Despite current moderators doing an awesome job and chat is better place than before, my intention is to contribute to this effort. It is a pleasure of mine to help users that I can do my best to fill all the gaps in the knowledge that can be essential on various issues.
