Some people where like woooaaaaaaaaahhhhh. Kinda feels awkward sometimes. lol.

The reason we don't currently provide the option to hide it is because its brings attention to the fact that you can earn funds by participating in discussion. We want more people to convert, we want to build a bigger and better community

The minimum withdrawal amount for the forum satoshi is set to 2k. This makes it super easy and quick to withdraw. Whenever I make two posts and get rewarded for them I go to withdraw it instantly. I do this multiple times a day, depending on the activity in forum. This leads to a bunch of "Forum sent 0.00002000 BTC to User123" in chat. I'ld like to know if you find it useful to see whenever someone withdraws from forum or not? In my honest opinion nobody cares about forum withdrawals so they should be turned into private tips. What do you think? Should forum tips be made private?
davinmark Posted November 12, 2018 #7 Posted November 12, 2018 Yes i agreed. sometimes when i withdraw my forum balance to my account, there is a passive beg or maybe new players on Stake that pop up in chat and saying "Omg you are lucky, damn nice.. blablabla" that makes me uncomfortable at all It would be better if its Private.

What's the point of showing this? everyone has the right to work on the forum as they see fit without anyone having to know how much and how they manage their tips! That's my opinion! I really don't like this, I was so glad that I can easily get forum tips without anybody knowing, but now that you've told me, I don't feel "safe" anymore to say so. I hope this will be a feature to be turned off/on as I don't want everyone to know how much I have in forum, how much I withdraw and how often I withdraw. Instead of writing in chat, it would be the same thing to make the deposit/withdrawals histories of people public... No no from me.

Please read up to see the purpose of not having the hide transfer button. People still complain about the faucet being low when the forum provides a much higher bounty of wealth. We need it to be in peoples face so they stop complaining and start using their brain

We want more people to convert, we want to build a bigger and better community I am a big fan of privacy, that is why I got into Bitcoin to start with, but Dan is right, we are getting paid promotional satoshi to post here, frankly I'm amazed at how generous it is for some of the posts I see here, and so as promotional coins, Stake has every right to publicize their distribution as widely and loudly as possible. I have two suggestions, first now that the withdrawal limit is so low, only 2K satoshi, simply withdraw your forum satoshi more often. No one in chat is going to get too excited about a 2K to 5K tip from forum. Second is you can strategically time your withdrawal for when chat is active. My personal favorite is when someone has done a ridiculous trivia like guess what country I'm in and chat spams out of control as everyone tries to guess the answer. Perfect time to withdraw and see it float out of the chat buffer quickly. Good Luck!
