psighcho Posted January 4, 2023 #1 Posted January 4, 2023 Any admins to please help me, I have not claimed my 5000 usd winnings because i dont ussually check the forums and i accidentally discovered it when i searched my username and the word bitcoin in google and this image appeared. So ive won last October 8, i tried clicking the link but i cant claim it anymore. It's just only 3 months ago. I understand weeklies and monthlies do expire but this is a raffle winning from ticketz earned through wagering and how can i not claim it in just after 3 months. Pls some administrator help me. I dont think there are rules written that if it's unclaimed it will expire. It's a raffle winning please consider My account name btw is psighcho.

Instead of link in forum that some users might miss , they should just directly contact / congratulate the winners thru Live Support (Like that when you're eligible for STAKEVSEDDIE promo prize pool) or at least @ them to be notified in forum.

It should have been written there like every raffles have the number of days until the winner will be void to claim his winnings. Some even have rules of up to a year or 100 days and i have not even gone through 100 days maybe 93th day today and now i cant claim it. I understand weeklies and monthlies claim link do expire but this is a raffle winning from tickets earned through wagering this should be if a different case and it does have its own TERMS AND CONDITIONS unlike bonuses and none of those TaCs say that it can only be claimed up to a limited time. Admins should consider this as not everyone do check the forums i dont myself but i never stopped checking my email bound to my account to check foe weeklies and monthlies i have never missed one but this it's really unfair to not be motified through my email.

psighcho Posted January 4, 2023 Author #12 Posted January 4, 2023 @Sagunszxc they replied i cant claim it anymore because the coupon has expired. It's not the same as weekly and monthly bonuses that expires it has its own TOS and theres nothing that says it will expire if unclaimed.

Not much to put an @ before.. they perfectly know how to do it sometime But I guess it's better for them like that, like someone already said some ppl will never claim it. *and they should say it in the post or on stream that you have x days to claim it. Once again it's easier to hide it between 2 lines in there TOS..

Although I have never won this in over a year worth of wagering so I can't confirm 100% but I think that the winners are also informed through Live Support and should pop up as soon as gou log in after the raffle ended and the coupon is made. I really do hope you will recieve the winnings but I have high doubts that this will get resolved. Good luck and keep us posted with updates please.
