Maybe they take some other factors into consideration, like overall loss since the beginning, or what types of games you play, who knows...it's a bit annoying that all this weekly/monthly bonuses are a mystery, but it's still much better than anything you would get in other casinos. If you are really plat 4, maybe you can ask your VIP manager for some explanation 🤷♂️

Either way my loss should have stood for itself and seen closer to $1k Weekly, but whatever I guess. They are definitely tightening up on it.
