Real discussion here, Do you think that stake should employ a countdown system on the website so that players can just claim their own monthly and KNOW the exact day of monthly? Like this would obviously decrease the spam in chat, twitter, and the forum. Stake chat is just annoying and always flooded with "when monthly" related questions. Another thing I find annoying, rude and very unprofessional is the constant memes and teases on Twitter. It's unprofessional and I feel like they treat us like some drug addict fiening for our drug hit. Just be professional and treat your paying customers with respect and integrity. Be straight forward, professional, and treat your players like people. If yall can make reloads self claimable then start doing that with monthly. We do not want to go through this every month. As a paying customer I feel disrespected by your Twitter page. I do not wished to be trolled by the memes. Imagine walking up to a kiosk desk at a casino with an inquiry and the representative gives you memes and laughs. Um like dude you good? I don't find it entertaining to be trolled constantly by your Twitter page. We're all paying customers so how about some respect moving forward?

Maybe the person who raise out the voice not considering enough to need to border on a topic. Maturity not even any, and consider a restructure on this, everyone seems to be fine for years.... 🙂 ✌️Are you all sent by some other casino agent who do some works behalf on personally or business? A paid task Association or? Might need more head count first I guess!😑

All players feel the same and annoyed as much as you and I. But unfortunately it's not being seen in this perspective at the casino side. For them its a free advertisement when we go ask for monthly every now on then especially on twitter, every player's contacts see what's happening and so they are being targeted customers though us.. This is why during the past few months memes regarding Monthly had increased way too much, also they are backing it up by throwing giveaway memes so that most of twitter subscribers wont go wild on them with hopes that one day they will win a 50 or a hundred bucks.. through this they have the upper hand over everyone & will never stop, because you will always find people who are trying to even get 5 bucks as giveaway through clapping in the tweets. because all of that and what you have said I decided to take the other way (got myself as calm as possible, & started shooting around both Negative Positive replies to their tweets). I agree that it is too much, but i believe that this will stay as it is no matter how much we will complain about it.

At the the beginning it was the days before monthly and it was cool, but now i feel angry when i am seeing it every day! I don't know what kind of marketing job it is, but you dont know shir about marketing obv. If you continiue like that you are going to miss lots of your loyal and old customers! CheerZ!

This is what they use to attract and keep players (acquisition and retention), therefore they should not be hiding the specifics of these benefits. Every other casino has the percentages clearly laid out, only stake and few other crypto sites use this "increased weekly and monthly" for advancing though VIP tiers. Increased means jack shit, it's subjective to manipulation. It can be 0.001% increase or 10% increase. We never know. Same is with the dates. On other sites you know exactly when you are getting something that is your earned benefit. I like this site, the concept is great, but the way operation is carried out is something that annoys me constantly. This can work for a while, but after that people will start leaving.
