Lost because of a system error

A week ago or whatever, I played blackjack. The dealer got an ace, so I chose insurance. When the round finished, I wasn't paid back my money, even though I chose insurance and dealer got a blackjack. Even worse, the chat wasn't working for me, so I couldn't request assistance. Rip 200 eur, I couldn't even be bothered to reach out to them via email or whatever, since I had no proof or anything. Unlucky :/

Yes unfortunately if it can't be replicated not a lot they can do. Otherwise anyone could say this. Unlucky.

oh my....feel sorry to know..it is what it is..lost is loss i just hope you can recover slowly...be more careful next time♥️

Because something like this happened to me before on another site, i used to record my whole gambling session. So you got some proof, which brings them to make a move. Next time, download OBS, start recording and play like u used to play before.

If this happened on live blackjack they should definitely 100% have proof because every live casino provider records each player round, including choices made - hit, stand, insurance, side bets, everything. So it is impossible not to see it. They just have to ask Evolution or whichever provider it is for info.

Also, there should be financial transaction tied to this. If you paid extra for insurance then that insurance bet should be visible as it was deducted from your balance.

 

However your story sounds suspicious af man - you lose money, and sudenlly livechat isn’t working for you and you “don’t want to bother with sending email” but you do bother to write a post here.
