Second part is - yeah a lot of customers / loyal customers, are getting pissed off - by getting let out of this bonus system - especially when pretty much ALL bonusses get shutdown week by week. The overall impact of the stake marketing is bullshit, as well as your opinion you spread right now.
Every casino, which I play at - gives me random bonusses as loyal player - bonusses, I never reached at stake, even though i wagered over 7-8 million. 

Customers were fixed by reaching ranks and those bonusses, they pretty much got every time - while stake is now trying to pretty much shut them down. So that everything these users did before - is now just pointless. 

While they have to read, that dead accounts / or even some active ones - get up to 5k, while otherwise the games here rug since a year, bonusses getting shredded and pretty much everything gets downhill. 

I think, it is a pretty normal reaction from unsatisfied customers.

how about setting a good example and start treating your "customers" fairly. To test something out you dont need to send  hundreds of thousand dollars. You can test everything in some kind of a local computer or a sandbox. But at the end of the day it is surely your own decision.

why does it always happen in a discussion that you have to point out grammar to users? This usually happens when you have no more arguments or want to troll.

I know my grammar is bad too, becasue english is not my native language, but i offer you a special monthly or 2k when you are able to talk to me in my language as good as i talk to you in english 😉

Lol they unsubscribed me from emails a day before my birthday and denied me the bday bonus.. despite confirming with them only a few days prior that id receive it. Wasn’t particularly happy about that. 🤦‍♂️
 

Recently, I inquired about outstanding bonuses. They said nothing was available. Then, I referenced this thread and asked why id no longer been receiving emails (yet again). They “resubscribed” me and mentioned ‘oh, by the way, I could claim an outstanding Feb post monthly.’ A bit confusing but okay. Thank you. 😄
 

This kind of reminds me when they misrepresented the RTP on a number of slots. They refunded me the difference upon request.. just imagine how much they skimmed from users due to that little ‘error’ — how many thousands of users weren’t compensated. Lol 

Anyway, I’m not optimistic about receiving a bday bonus this year 😄 Seems that’s the price you pay for criticizing Stake on forum. (Its probably worth it.)
