Second of all, have you even tried contacting support? Before going ballistic on @AleksandarZ try asking nicely why are you not in the list of the mentioned challenge. From what I can see your bet qualifies but you missed one important rule which is to post the bet ID within 48hours of getting it. So you clearly did not follow the rules and instead of posting the bet sooner it took you 4 days to post and then because of that you go ballistic... 4 freaking days?! You have free time to spin slots but can't spare 2 minutes to post it and then go mad about it? 

Absolutely childish move and attitude!

It's simple - when you won x6878 you had a lot of money to gamble with from that win. 
At that point you probably did not care about some $100-200 from the ROTK tournament. 

But once you lost your winnings, you started looking for ways to get that prize after all.

I'm really sorry but as far as I can see you post your bet 4 days after the bet has been caught and we have a 48 hour rule that says a bet must be posted within 48 hours of you catch it. If you were among those who were eligible, other users would also complain about it, as it has happened many times in the past. We try to follow the rules as much as we can, although sometimes we also make some mistakes.

@AleksandarZok rules are rules! but behind every rule there should be a meaning, right? so then tell me the meaning behind the rule that you have to post the bet within 48 hours after your hit? Whether I give myself 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours, what's the difference as long as I stay within the time frame of the respective promotion, it shouldn't matter 🤬🤬🤬

@AleksandarZand you say that in the past some people have complained that one or the other has not posted the hit in the desired time frame ... without this useless rule you would actually have fewer complaints but that would be too easy 😅

@Smallacusand yes you are even right, i lost almost everything but not because i gambled it away but because i paid out and my wallet was hacked. and yes that's a bit frustrating and the 140 dollars would only be a small consolation prize but hey better than nothing

It's a contest.  When you win, it means others win less.

 

If  @AleksandarZ took money from the players who qualified by following the rules and gave it you I promise he would get a ton of shit.
