Sweetshot7 Posted April 30, 2023 #1 Posted April 30, 2023 Hi there, My username is Sweetshot7. My account was frozen due to someone stealing $4,500 from me. Please help me recover my full account access. I've already changed my password but I still only have limited access, so I need to get my full access unlocked. I first contacted live support and they provided me an email to reach out to and said I would get a response within 24 hours. Only after not getting any response, I contacted my VIP host, who told me the original email I was given was in fact, incorrect, and they gave me a different email to use. So I sent a second email to the new email address provided by my VIP host and they said they also sent support a message letting them know I was trying to regain account access. My VIP host said it could take 72 hours to get a response. After still receiving zero response after 72 hours, I reached out to my VIP host again, who said they sent a follow-up message to support and suggested I send another email. It's been another 48 hours without any response AT ALL. I'm just trying to get my account unlocked, that's it. I understand the money I had stolen is gone, but now I don't have access to my remaining funds that remain even though my account is technically secure now, since I've changed my password and updated my security. I can't withdraw, deposit, or even wager (which I intended to do). I've been a longtime loyal Stake customer and this whole experience is making me regret all the time/money I've spent here. I'm literally just trying to regain access so I can continue to be a loyal customer but nobody seems to care. As a Platinum IV VIP I thought there would be some degree of help but it's been disappointing thus far. I'm sorry for posting here, but I just don't know what else to do. My story could so easily be one that shines as a great example of Stake helping a customer who went through the horrible experience of being scammed (not Stake's fault at all, it was a phishing scam I sadly fell victim to), but it doesn't seem to matter and as someone who has always loved this casino, it just sucks. I haven't lost hope, but I'd by lying if I said I wasn't starting to think it might just be time for me to move on. I've done that multiple times and I've waited days with no response at all. If nobody is going to help me regain access to my account, I'd rather just be told that then spend soo much time doing all of this for no reason.

Or with some other email? Another email because that's what I was originally told to do by the live support person I first spoke with. They said "via the new email you would like to be linked to your Stake account".

I've already sent back the verification information they've requested. Hoping to get a response from them with confirmation that my account is finally unlocked. Fingers crossed this predicament can finally come to a happy ending 🤞

After finally getting a response after 5 days and multiple efforts, I've already sent the required information to verify and unlock my account but now I feel like I'm about to go through the same ordeal in order to have someone quickly look at the info and actually unlock my account. I have been patiently waiting and still no response yet. I would be the biggest hype man for Stake if they actually pull through, but once again I'm just stuck here waiting and not knowing if anyone is actually interested in getting this thing past the finish line.

So please check your email associated with your Stake account. Yeah, I sent them a reply back with proof of a previous deposit address that has been signed with my signature. I haven't received anything else back in response to the reply I sent them yesterday. My reply to them included all of the information requested in the screenshot below.
