I'm not sure what email you use to contact them, but I've seen with my own eyes that you never answer those questions.

I've sent emails with my responses three separate times because they keep saying that. I can private message you screenshot showing each email I've sent to them? I received an email from them 20 min ago that literally says the same thing as their prior email, except you can literally see my email reply I already sent them in the email message that they sent to me again. My reply is circled in red and it's contained within the email that they just sent to me.

They just sent me an email 20 min ago. The email they sent me had MY previous reply in THEIR email. My reply was literally contained within the email that they just sent me. The screenshot I posted above is the email they just sent me and you can literally see the information I sent in the bottom of the email that they sent back to me.

I just filled out the entire main form and replied back to their email with everything completely filled out and all proof/photos provided.

It's clear at this point, they don't actually have any intention of ever unlocking my account. I've spoken with live support and the most they've done is they've gotten the recovery team to resend prior emails asking for more info, even though I've already responded to those emails multiple times with the info they requested. I've sent the complete recovery from, proof of deposits from over 1-2 years ago and I've provided them proof of my most recent 3 deposits and now I'm just getting zero response at all. I don't know what else I can do or provide to show that it's my account and get it unlocked so I'll be moving on from Stake. I loved it here but if I can't have my account unlocked then obviously I can't stick around. Thanks, it was fun while it lasted.

I replied to their email with the proof they requested. It just seems like I'm on a wild goose chase and that they're just trying to make it hard so that I quit.

I've enabled 2FA and I've reached out to them twice to let them know so they can finally unlock my account, but I'm not receiving any response back now.

Thanks, I already did that and let them know in the same email I sent them before @AleksandarZ EUREKA!! MY ACCOUNT HAS FINALLY BEEN UNLOCKED!! Thank you sooo sooo sooo much for helping me through this process. It's been beyond frustrating but it finally worked out and the end and I couldn't have done it without your help. I sincerely appreciate all of your help throughout this process and I can't thank you and others who have helped me finally recover my account. Thank you sooo sooo much man!! You are AWESOME! 👍 👍
