Unable to withdraw because of Stake

So this is one pathetic thing going on with stake.com I deposited money in INR and per transaction limit to deposit is 30000 inr this month I deposited over 300k INR no problem till now. I only withdrew 18k till date and yesterday I had a big win I tried withdrawing money even if I am try 5k or 40k nothing is coming out it says my monthly limit is exhausted. How is it possible that I can deposit over 300k inr without any problem but my monthly limit to withdraw is not more than 18k inr. Customer support is absolutely worthless they know nothing and they just repeat the errors back to you saying yes monthly limit exceeded. When I ask how much is monthly limit they are like we don't know. How stupid. This Eddie and team should stay in their path and not try hands on things they can't handle. They sent me mail saying now deposit and withdraw in local currency this that blah blah blah and this is what you get. I am level 3 verified already btw. If your support can't help then stop this nonsense and stay with crypto only don't sent your customers mails with promises you can't handle. I will see how I can withdraw my money because till now there is no help.

I am already level three now for level 4 they need pay slip. I am a freelancer and no pay slip for income tax I am yet to file it since started working this year only

Never, and i mean NEVER use fiat currency on a site like this. Both you and Stake becomes victim of banking regulations in both ends. Limits, fees and transaction times. 

Crypto is basicly limitless. And with the right tools, you can have cash in hans just hours after withdrawal from Stake.

Exactly they mentioned nothing neither on website neither on the invite mail they sent for INR DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL. I am level 4 finally but still guess what not able to withdraw. But what's more important is that I have deposited 300k and still able to deposit more and more but life time I have withdrew only 18.5k and they saying limit reached. I am only saying about fiat INR. I am platinum 3 and before this all my life played via crypto only

It's not a matter of regulation or limits. Not saying it isn`t Stakes fault. But you will encounter this at any casino offering gambling in fiat currency. Easy money in, and a pain to get out.

It's not stupid. Read above I am platinum 3 that means I have wagered hundreds of thousand dollar. All of them via crypto. This is first time I deposited via FIAT. Yes fiat is regulated but dude read and write because regulation is not that bad that I can't withdraw over 150$ also. It's only n only stake at fault. I am not withdrawing 500k dollar it's just 5k dollar. I know my countries regulation and stake is not the only website I have been playing at

If stake offered him FIAT then they should make sure the payment gateway works properly. 
Or if there is technical issue tell the player there is techical issue try again later or in 3 days or something. 
Or if there is verification issue, then tell him to verify level 4 to be able to withdraw. 
Or if the issue is in regulation or something else - EXPLAIN TO PLAYER or offer alternative way of withdrawing.

Thank you soo much for your support bro. That's my exact point too. I am now level 4 verified and still same issue. They are not even telling limits. Basically exactly like you said stake have no idea about it.

Do you know that Stake can target certain player's FIAT wallet based on their red flag system or based on what their regulators impose? If I am registered for any kind of financial issues and I deposit 500€ in fiat and Stake limits the withdrawal amount doesn't meat that it will also happen to someone else without any red flag.

OP Complain how much you wish, it won't change the fact that you deposited FIAT and have a withdrawal limit. You are literally aware of the shit Stake does since you expressed it, but still decide to mess up with regulations. Idk, think twice who is stupid.

 

Each time I played on a FIAT casino I made sure with support what my deposit and withdraw limits are. Never had problems.

Actually the Stake before is far better than now. Specially Bonuses, Wager requirements, even the Moderator from before are much better. Now new mods are abusive. I won't mentioned those Mods. Which is Chino and BoskoT this duo destroyed the Stake.

It's is good bro until you find yourself in some trouble. I personally found it good until this happened to me. The problem is they fail to understand the issue and try to give random robotic answers to problems. For example see this post on forum is up but till now no one has reached out to solve issue

Well their is a point in this complain. And it is indeed an issue that needs to be fixed.

Stake has slots that pay x5000 & x20000 & most of the games has high multipliers.

Why are some players allowed to withdraw over a 100K per withdrawal while others have limit to 5K wd without clearing out to the players their wd limits?

As an example; over a couple of streams ago, Eddie said that during that month "March maybe I'm not sure" Stake had to play 2 players 3 million$ as they made that profit) while here it is limited to 5k a month!!!

That means one of three scenarios:

* Eddie was Ling.
* Stake does not clear to its players what are their limits of withdrawals in the rules (Which is essential"
* The have a suspicions activity for the player's account "which I doubt is the case".

Thanks for the comment bud. Yes you're right I actually hit a 49000x on San quitino I must have lost over 80k $ over a period of 3 years and since this was my first ever big win of 9k$ I just wanted to withdraw it immediately but sadly stake made in sad the entire win for me

this is not true, before stake i played on another casino,1000x better then stake ( still can`t believe i leave from there ) there was no fee, no delay, in couple of hours your money was in your bank account, and you can withdraw how much you want  only the problem was let`s say... you have 20k on your account then you have to make 5x withdraw of 4k.  and by the way, the best casinos are those who are doing kyc on you before withdraw, those are legit casinos. even if is crypto or fiat.

I use fiat (BRL) on a legitimately licensed casino and have no issues whatsoever. Withdrawals are always fast by PIX, and I’m in lifetime profit.

I am not surprised at all to hear about issues here but simply not good enough in this guy’s case, especially if he hasn’t been given an explanation.

I guess you didn`t read my entire post. It said ".. on a site like this". That meaning a unregulated, basicly unlisenced crypto site. I`m guessing two things was the case on the casino you used to play at. 1: It was a real lisenced casino. 2: That casino had banking options directly to your country.

Where i live, there is a state own gambling monopoly. A cashout will take 7-10 days to process and arrive in your account.

That is just not acceptable in 2023.
