Stake scam my account

Hello ! 

 

I'm Hoks77 username , 

 

I lose my phone with 2 fa code and they no help me to reset my 2 fa code .

 

 

I have full access to email and all , but not to 2 fa code auth .

 

 

They asked me for documents + a sheet with today date and selfie i sent all , and after that they refuse to  reset my 2 fa code for i can withdraw / play and log in to other devices . 

 

 

What is that ? 

 

My account is close to next level ,  probably that's why i can't have access . 

 

This is a scam , they don't help me for i can recover my acc after i sent all documents requested . They ask me for deposit proof and  for i deposit i use bitcoin machine 

After they ask me a lot of documents and i sent all , they  don't want reset my 2 fa code . 

 

They stolen what is mine , my vip level is very close to next level and they scam me for that after i lose thousands and thousands of $

No ,  i contact they in email many times and they refuse help me after they asked me a lot of documents which i sent . 

 

I'm feel like they don't want reset the damn 2 fa just for scam my vip level bonus . 

 

Also phone number from acc is mine , i have access to email and all , account is mine in my name verified and they refuse to help

Trust me , i  sent my documents , also phone number registered in account is mine , i sent all proof , i have access to email and all , what's the reason why they stolen my account ? Can be happened to lose your 2 fa code .

I had issue with unauthorized access to my Stake account and they reset my password and made sure i can use my account safely after i sent them my documents. 
 

the fact that you cannot provide deposit proof is a big problem and that is probably why they won’t reset it for you

because there are many scammers stealing accounts and wanting to reset 2fa so Stake staff is being very careful and strict about this

Jokes aside… I actually had this happened before too.. they asked me to send pictures of old transactions from my wallet to stake account and asked bunch of questions but never asked me to send them my personal information documents.. and they were able to help me remove the 2fa so I can just log in to reset it again.

This make no sense , i use bitcoin machine to withdraw / deposit . Bitcoin ATM . if you don't keep receipts then nothing can be done .

 

 They asked me for id document + selfie + a sheet hand written with today date and selfie , i did everything , also my phone number is connected with the account , what you want more for unlock an account ? 

 

They scam me and i lose thousands of $ for i can get next level ( i m very close about 5% left for platinum 3 )

I think that's not enough, thieves can steal everything from id document to phone numbers, so Stake can't open 2fa for you because it's not enough to verify it's that you

Hello!

Recently there was several cases in which users were trying to retrieve their accounts and i must say that majority of them if not ALL OF THEM were able to gain full access again. Obviously i cannot make any assumptions about the case in any direction but i can tell you with 100% certainty that Stake doesnt care about your level up money or anyone's stuff for that matter. In a single month they give level up bonuses for more than several hundred users. Wish you best of luck in getting your account back.

They  asked for proof of deposits,  impossible because i use btc machine BITCOIN ATM . So that is impossible .

 

But i sent all others documents and selfie's they asked .

I’m glad they don’t reinstate your account because if someone stole my personal details and that alone was enough to recover my account it would be terrible security. 

Do you remember dates and amounts you deposited? That would be enough to recover your account if you were able to list them to an extent. Don’t start e-mailing them calling them a scam otherwise you’ll just get blocked which is totally understandable.

Send them a receipt or any record showing the date you used the atm and how much.

That is very frustrating but i kinda understand where they are coming from with the deposit history. Scammers go far and beyond to do shit and steal info and money.
