It’s really nice to talk to every player about anything related to games, wins and strategy on how do they do achieve some wins on their gambling. But I was wondering how will be the situation if there is “no stake chat”? I guess it would be pretty boring huh, what if the only communication is through forum? I believe there are some gaming website that doesn’t have chatbox. I just felt that community isn’t really strong if that’s the situation, do you agree?

There are a lot of pros and cons. Though I do think that the cons of not having a chat far out strength the pros. Here are the PROS that I could think of: There wouldn't be toxicity. The environment would be very calm while gambling. There wouldn't be even little distraction posed by the site while gambling. The traffic on the site would be much lesser, resulting in a faster response time. Here are the CONS that I could think of: There would virtually be no community. The friends and bonds that one has made because of the stake chat, would not exist (though this seems like an insignificant "CON", it is pretty important for a few people including myself) The site would be a hard one to trust, since human-to-human interaction would essentially be zero, and human-to-bot interaction would be 100%. Most players that Stake holds today, wouldn't be here because most start out by receiving helpful tips, which would not be possible without a chat. The site would be very boring for those not betting big. More like a prison to the addicts, because just long drawn hours of human less gambling. Would severely affect one's mental condition. What do you think? Have I made a valid argument?

Without the community and it's interaction, Stake will be a boring place to be at for sure. No matter if it's good/bad communication, every person kinda spices up the place a little bit more. I can't imagine playing constantly without any social interaction!

Etude Posted February 12, 2019 #13 Posted February 12, 2019 I think Stake would be extremely different today in terms of Stake's players community growth, potentially not as desirable as presently if there was no chatbox available and only forum for communication between Stakers. Certainly since the introduction of rainbot, the chat ecosystem has changed drastically.

Also this would cause a lot of problems like it would increase support tickets because sometimes chat solves the problems of others before they open a ticket .

meggiemegs Posted February 13, 2019 #16 Posted February 13, 2019 A couple other sites I play on do not have chat boxes and I don;t think it hurts them but the style of the casino is different and I don't think needs it. I think Stake benefits from a chat box but I think it wouldn't be so bad if it had never existed but would ruin Stake if it got removed, even tho I know it won't.

I will boring without chat with all my friends share any information and strategy in the chat box, joking and laugh together🤔. All my friends, @jkd123 @coeghacked @sichaoeloem @Waves and many more in indonesian chat room make me stay here until now, without them i dont know i still here or run from stake😂.

I think it makes an amazing point and shows how strongly the community feels about the option of chat. It’s my favorite part of Stake and is honestly what keeps me coming back ! Before I place a bet or even go to a game, I first say hi in chat.
