I have been playing, depositing and withdrawing on Stake for many years.
Today I purchased a bonus game on Sticky Bees for 20$ and won 233$

Now when i try to withdraw my money, i get this (photo attached here) 

Support gives me this help to my answer:

Before you can make a withdrawal in any FIAT currency, it's needed that you wager (playthrough) your deposit in full. Meaning, if you deposit $100 in CAD, you must play the whole $100 through any game on our platform before your withdrawal option can be unlocked.

I did nor OPT-IN to anything special that needs a  wager (playthrough)

Anyone else have this problem ?

That is a requirement on many casinos to prevent money laundring.
I think this started not to long ago on Stake if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, you must wager 1x the deposit amount. It is pretty standard process.

The thing is FIAT transactions are carried out through payment gateway. So Stake gets a payment platform like Skrill for example, and Skrill charges the casino 2-3% on each withdrawal.

So they can’t afford that players deposit $100 and immediately withdraw $100 without playing.

Yes, but it's not like I'm a new customer. I've been on Stake for 3 years, spent thousands of dollars, always made big withdraws without any problems.

That does not matter my friend. Procedure is a procedure. Every casino will do it the same when it comes to this.

Trust me, i don’t like Stake one bit, but about this they are not trying to screw you.

Just use the winning and increase your wager with it and you'll meet the requirments to cash out.

Is this new rules as of a few days ago ?
I can usually, for example, deposit 100$ and if i win 600$
I can withdraw 600$ one minute after i won it, and it gets deposited in my bank account within minutes.
Been playing for real money on Stake for the past 3 years and never had
to deal with this wager (playthrough) BS
