1. Self-exclusion
2. Setting gambling limits

Thing is, if you self-exclude you will not be able to claim or withdraw your weekly, monthly or reload bonuses. BUT, if you set your gambling limits to $1 you will still be able to claim and withdraw all the bonuses you are owed.

The thing is that you can change it to default levels in 24hrs lol.

Got my account suspended permanently today for a similar case. I was asking to exclude my self only from the casino part, but them I wasn't able to claim my bonuses that I already qualified for, wasn't free. So I asked for a deposit a limit, then they reply they haven't such a thing, would you think they would have tell me about the loss/wagger limit instead ? Of course no lol

I started getting mad, posted a new threads here, then a players tell me about the wagger/loss. So back to stake, trying to put a limit but got an error. Meanwhile the support fully suspended my account and tell me I won't be able to claim any more bonuses. So scam

That's still fine. 24h gives you more then enough time to cool off and think a few times before making a deposit and playing again.
