This place become A JOKE, the live support is completely out of order and has closed my account for my "security" ISSOU (i uploaded the all tickets bcs im not like stake claiming to be transparent but meanwhile trying to hide most shady thing as they can.)

I know perfectly well that I should have approached the conversation in a different way, and I've apologized for that. But how do they have the right to suspend your account permanently, without refunding anything or paying any bonuses due?

Now concerning the streamers, they are free to say whatever they want and their account is never closed even after breaking half the equipment in the room, on the verge of tears and insulting the casino 186 times over the last 10 minutes. AND YES I'M TALKING ABOUT STREAMERS WHO ARE UNDER STAKE CONTRACTS. 

I wont waste any more time looking for 5/10 clips that you can easily find yourself or clip you already have seen live.


Who would like to share a piece of the faq or tos in order to justify that each streamer is not concerned by this kind of rule that applies to the average customer? 


About those Bonuses. You guys OWE me a monthly, a weekly and a challenge from the forum. Money was placed before the supsension so pay what you owe.

Meanwhile spending hundreds of millions in the hope top get more customer that end up addicted to this place ... 

it would also be nice if you could select the part of the site you want to exclude casino or sport, select the number of days and confirm. like on those loss/wagger limit that took you over 6 years to implement

Once again i'll be glad to proof that you guys are just lyer, why ? 

Didnt they claim to suspend any account if i was trying to make a new one or play on a new one ?
i wasnt able to stop laughing on that when i readt it first, why ?


Because they started giving me less than a 1 cent for every monthly bonus, post/past monthly, why ?


Apparently i was using another account, my account is verified lvl2. And now my main account is ban i can perfectly affirm that they never suspended or reduced  any bonuses on the alt account, only on the main :) perfectly manipulated scam :)

Wtf are you talking about??

You can exclude from just the casino side, and you're able to redeem any bonus you receive still, forum weekly etc

Not to mention, the forum challenge bonuses pay out what, 5$-7$? You're causing a scene over thus?

And why not share the content that got your account closed. As opposed to just sharing screenshots of mods enforcing stuff?

You've literally messaged support saying you have a problem - all alongside how toxic your messages are I'd be shocked if they didn't action a ban on your account. How can you complain about this outcome? You've literally brought this on yourself.

The only problem is - Stake is very selective who they ban for gambling probleme. Two of my friends said openly in live chat, and repeated to support that they have issues with too much gambling and it’s affecting their life and stake support did NOTHING.

Why? Because these two guys lose 15-20k USD a month, and Stake does not want to lose them.

But they will ban small, irrelevant players whose budget is 50-100 USD monthly just to show they follow the “rules”.

That's true. My account (zimmerxd771) was blocked only after 2 years of engagement. I had shared my struggles with suicidal thoughts, but they disregarded my pleas, choosing to ban me instead. They showed no concern for the players. This happened precisely when I was at my lowest, financially destitute. That's the sole reason I'm voicing my concerns on this forum.

Exactly. They will only act when you are not worth to them anymore. Like you said when you hit financial bottom.

Stake saved you more money by excluding you lol. Just stop gambling if its such an issue, you shouldnt be gambling if you are not having fun and I know its easier said than done, but its true

Really hope you don't come to that level. A lot of people reli on bonuses to survive. Addiction is a serious problem.

Also, dumbass, you can simply exclude urself from the CASINO but keep sportsbetting available and claim all the bonuses that come.....lol lesson learned and just cost you ur stake acccount...well played.

Dude, if you can't handle the losses, then gambling might not be your thing. You should try to make friends with Minesweeper instead of stake mines. 😅
