SELF EXCLUSION PROBLEM

I had self excluded for a year in June. I read the details about the policy and it said that it will block my ability to bet or deposit in the account.

During the cool down period of 24 hours, which is to give you a taste of what it is like during self exclusion, I was able to login and check and withdraw commission from affiliate campaigns. 
Considering this, I resorted to self exclude based on the fact that if I ever had an emergency I could always login and withdraw funds from commission. 
But now, when there is an emergency and I need to pay for medical and an short of funds, I resorted to getting the funds withdrawn. I am unable to login and the support just keep on saying that I will only be able to withdraw after 6 months. There is over $2000 in commission available which I really need right now. And I am unable to find a solution. I don’t need to be able to play, I just need to withdraw the commission. 
They keep on saying things like legally we can’t do that. And on numerous occasions I’ve asked them to just send the funds on the wallet address, I don’t even have to log in. They keep on saying its not possible.

I remember seeing Eddie blocking streamers on numerous occasions from being able to play on the platform. So that is also an option available. But they just don’t want to help. 
I am pleading to get some help here. I just need those funds right now. I’m in a medical emergency right now and that 1500$+ is really required.

They say:

2. “We can’t revoke self exclusion because of legal reasons”

3. “We cant do anything on self excluded accounts because of our policy, please refer to the self exclusion policy”

I’m pleading to them, during the cool down period, I was able to use my account but not be able to play. Cool down period is like self exclusion but for only 24 hours. Had I not been able to log in, and locked out of account, I would know the actual thing and wouldn’t have excluded and just not played. How hard is to create a new account somewhere else? Why would I self exclude considering there is no verification to create or play on crypto casinos??

I have asked them to just send the funds to a wallet which I can give them, don’t let me in the account. I can do that when the period ends. But they keep on saying I’ll have to wait for 6 more months. Even when I’ve told them, giving me my funds is neither against there policy or illegal. 
The policy said nothing about affiliate commissions. So how can it be against the rules? I just need the funds, but they keep on making me jump from support to complaints dept to marketing team to affiliate team. I just want the earned funds man.

Man, for what I know for self exclusion, everything is blocked, the whole account. Its different from Just casino exclusion, where you have Access tô your account, deposit/withdraw and bet in sports.

Sorry to hear you are in a difficult situation, but I am 1000000% sure they will not unblock or let you withdraw any funds until self-exclusion is over. 
Please guys, don't trust what support writes to you, or your VIP host tells you, or Eddie mumbles on stream -  read Terms and Conditions. This is only thing that's valid and matters. 

To elaborate: 
Stake has a shitty Curacao license, but they could potentially lose it and pay huge fines if they let you log in for just a second while being self-excluded, so they will never, ever, ever, ever risk it. Not in a million years.
