I asked about this a couple of weeks ago, an apparently you can withdraw now without depositing, so I think you are good to go on your ETH! Note that even when you couldn't withdraw it just didn't work, it didn't deduct balance or anything, just threw an error. So if they bring this back, which I hope they don't, it's not like your coins are at risk.
