Platinum 5 reload suddenly ended after 5 of 7 days. Max claims?

Today my 10 minute reload for the week suddenly ended and is not under VIP anymore.

Of course the normal support claims they are not responsible and I must ask my host, who doesn't come online for hours.

By now I am already missing 18$ in claims and getting 1$ more every 10 minutes. Doesn't sound much but for somebody with big losses everything counts.

Does anybody know, is there a number of max claims per week? If so, that doesn;t really make sense because why offer 10min reloads if u cant claim them all.

And before anybody is asking, no I didn't use a bot or anything. I claimed it when I was up  and because we have a different sleeping schedule when I was sleeping my wif eclaimed them for me. So we got a considerate number of claims in, I see no problem in that.

Before commenting you should maybe READ again. The name says, it ended already after 5 ( FIVE) of 7 days. You get a new reload after 7 (SEVEN) days.

Disgusting... They should give you the missing amount + something on top....

This is the reply I got, fter 5 hours of waiting:

"Hello there 👋

Sometimes, the system detects the overuse of this feature and it's not meant to be claim all day every day (every 10 mins).

Keep in mind that staying online for that time can really affect your health."

 

That's the whole reply, even though I asked more questions. Felling like a true VIP. Doesn't say anything. Why do they even offer 10min reload and then make a fuzz about it? Also I have no idea whats with the rest of the 2 days and when I can nenew my reload.

Thats how they treat a platinum 5 player that almost lost 6 digits on stake.

interesting they are worried about your health when it comes to bonuses, but they are not worried if someone loses 50k in an hour

Absolutely disgusting… when it seems like Stake isn’t going to go any lower then they already have, they just find new ways to disappoint. 
 

Where TF is the incentive to even try wagering to reach next lvl? It’s just gone😂

Every reload is calculated for you every 7 days as a base amount. If you claim it daily, hourly, or every 10 minutes you get a little bit of a boost but there's still an underlying amount of the total bonus. So for example let's say your weekly reload amount is supposed to be $100. If you claim daily you will get the full $100. If you claim every hour or every 10 minutes they give you a little more (maybe $125 total), but once you hit that total amount your reload is expired for the week and you have to reach out to your host to get a new one.

So basically you hit your total amount of the bonus with the amount of claims you made, now you need to reach out to your host to get a new one.

Wrong. Where do you get your infos from, obviously you dont have a host!

Daily to hourly is a 140% difference . When daily is 10$ then hourly is 1$ -> if you claim all you get 140% more.

From hourly to 10 minute is also big. When hourly is 1% you get 0.25$ every 10min, meaning another 50% more.

So basically if your daily is 10 you can claim 70$ that week. If you choose hourly that's a maximum claim if 168$ if you claim every single hour ( been there done that ) and if you choose 10min you could claim up to 252$ , of course only if they won't stop it like they did with me.

 

Also you don't contact you host when you made all the claims, you contact them after 7 days .

Anyway, it's really ridiculous to promote the reload and then just limit it as they please because, and I quote:

"that feature is not made to be claimed every 10 minutes because its overuse. The system doesn't allow it"

what are the ways i can contact the support team. sucks that they dont have a chat where i can talk to support. ig i can only mail them no? also does bronze has a host or do i have to mail them as well?

LOL, you need to be platinum 4 to get a host.
