Etherium to coins.ph withdrawal

So, as stake has a new coin already, i am curious to how many hours eth will come to our coins.ph wallet or is it accepted.

Unfortunately, i dont think they support each other as i heard that etheriums from coins.ph wallet will take days to deposit and wthdrawals are not possible. 

Coins.ph wallet i believe only receive 0.00035 gas and since stake has only 0.00030 eth option, the funds will not be received thus disappearing in thin air:P

the transaction was cancelled and the 0.002 eth was not refunded to my balance.:)

It will guide as a warning for every coins.ph users here not to withdraw ETH to coins.ph wallet.

I sent eth from coins.ph as well.and in etherscan its successful.but i still not receive in my stake balance .64hours waiting.hope they will fix it soon.

No more eth for us lols. Or an alternative is . Send it first to mew then send it to stake. But meeh hassle

I think that transfers from coins.ph to Stake and vice versa is not yet stable.

I mean, coins.ph ETH wallet is the one who is not stable, not being compatible to its destination wallet.

Uhmm i think eth coins is kinda fine, but stake's wallet is. Coz you can send eth with ease and will reflect immediately through eth coins wallet but when it comes to coins and stake nehh

There should be a consistent wallet that everyone can use as a standard wallet, easy and safe to use when transferring ETH from Stake, and vice versa.

Since it was a success then it’s on stake side already. I believe that it’s not coinsph anymore. 

Did anyone here made transactions, sending eth from other eth addresses aside from stake?

I had made transactions using coinsph eth to my mew and twas fine.l and received immediately too.

Coins.ph made a list of the eth wallets they are supporting. Not sure if where is it. There are few so i think stake's eth wallet is not supported by our local wallet

It's not as easy as depositing BTC from coins.ph. =.=

It's on the side of coins.ph for sure. Experience using it also, transferring funds from MEW to coins.ph ETH wallet and it took 4 days before it pop.

I tried depositing from poloniex wallet to stake, it was fast and succesful and the fee is 0.01 thats why it is fast maybe.

But yeah, coins.ph eth is a lame wallet that does not support a lot of eth wallets.

That’s whay happened to me as well. I withdraw my 0.003 eth which is a gift from stake, still no transaction id as of this time. I just want to convert it to btc that’s why i withdraw it. Sad life:(

Well another reason why coins.ph stinks but oh well, the only and trusted wallet in our country at the moment.

Hey @Nneya, contact Support again, that will be credited manually if I'm not mistaken.

E? I have few transactions from MEW to coins and it was credited few minutes after it was confirmed.

I am using trading sites to exchange bitcoin to eth then deposit to stake and they are damn fast

I've tried sending to MEW and ShapeShift, transaction was smooth, only took minutes.

I message them always.but always say wait wait wait.if they can see the successful transaction.why they dont credit to my account manually.3days of waiting althought its just 0.099eth is blahh blahhh blahhh

This is also an option, but ShapeShift doesn't require you to create an account to be able to exchange.

They are working on the problem, maybe that's why they can't manually credit now. But you can request and tell that it's causing inconvenience since it's been 3 days already
