Not claimed $ 5000 giveaway week 122

Hello,

I won a $5000 bonus in a  weekly giveaway week 122.https://playstake.info/bonus?code=75kRaffleWeek122

However, due to technical issues, I was unable to claim the bonus before it expired. I have since regained access to my account and kindly request if an exception can be made to honor the original giveaway prize.

is there any chance to get the 5000$ ?

There is no reason why he should not be given the $5000 he is entitled to. It would be very sad if the same thing happened to us, it was an emergency and we tried to get it later and couldn't get it. I think you should give him the reward he deserves. @Steve @Eko0303

There's no way that stake will not pay you. That link to collect the winning funds might be expired yes, but your raffle ticket doesn't expire. You won that money fair and square pay this man... Congratulations!

@ralfonso I encountered login difficulties due to losing my phone. This led to me being unable to access my account for an extended period. Despite reaching out to [email protected], the process took longer than expected.

I only recently regained access to my account, hence the delayed notification regarding the coupon.

I hope this explanation clarifies the situation. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated.

They said that the bonus expired and that support cant help me.

Go directly to eddie in telegram I don't see why you can't claim you have the winning raffle ticket and the code was never redeemed this is different than any normal bonus code drop that expires.

that raffle tickets marks you as the sole owner of that prize and there is nowhere posted that your time to redeem is limited

Not crediting the account directly could be the reason to avoid any scams etc. Maybe a winning account is compromised and some who hacked it or got access to it could just withdraw it instantly if not secured with 2FA. So maybe for security reasons because the amount is a lot.
