And here we see why stake doesn't just credit the accounts automatically with winnings, rather you need to check and click links. Pretty underhanded in my opinion, if you win a giveaway it's yours and it should be in your account. Sucks sorry to hear this, everyone should be looking for an alternative book/casino this one has gone downhill.

Truly absolutely DISGUSTING this place man. Idc if its been a YEAR .. if his name was drawn that means he fucking WON .. theres no other way around it .. having to claim it is bullshit when it can simply be placed in your vault … takes what 1 second ? Maybe less ? But nah lets not work them to hard. Sit behind a computer all day and move there fingers. People act like they do some HARD LABOR or something lol … try lifting 30-50 pounds everyday for a JOB then youll realize how easy you got it being a mod here and still cant do shit right.
