198.88x not good enough

On Stake.us last night I finally got what I thought would be good enough to claim my share of a $10,000 promotion, spinning a 198.88x multi on Buccaneer Royale.  The promo did call for 199x.  As much rounding up that goes on on stream, and the generosity shown by Eddie and the casino in general, I thought for sure that anything that actually be mathematically correct to round up, like 198.5 and up, would be good enough to get a my split of the $10,000 but it wasn’t. And today of course I need money and that really sucks. Does anybody know how much the RNG promo paid out? I don’t want to know but I guess I do.  I’m at Platinum II, joined this past September and this really makes me never want to play here again.  

I just wish stake.us would pay me because it’s the right thing to do in situations like this. I mean, I was 0.12 of a multi away from 199x and 0.88 away from 198x.  Why is it that in this situation, my multi counts for 198x instead of 199x?? That makes no sense and support was ruthless in shooting me down immediately case closed.

They don’t round it down to 198x it counts as exactly 198.88x so their system will not find your bet as a winning bet when they get all the 199x+ multis. 

it sucks to be so close but it have happened to me many times in challenges as in the level up so I had to continue to try and get the correct multi to qualify.
