Chaos Collector i think its false Ranking

I started playing Sizzling eggs yesterday, As I can still remember, I often had 100x I was 6-7 hours into this game. Unfortunately I don't have screenshots of all these wins. But just alone I can remember I had a 300x hit 3-4 times, I think I would have between 2000-3000 points. My betting archives show me errors via Excel, tools, stakestats.net. so I can't access my Bet'id s

They had some problems with getting the correct x amount on me and at least one other player I saw, I had all my bet id's saved so they could fix it for me but yeah something must have gone wrong yesterday so the correct multipliers wasn't counted or something.
This is why I always save all the bet id's.
