I am a trader so im by my computer most of the times, i do not actively chat so much but im sure to lurk and see whats going on while i trade or have my sports bets on.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

So basically the role of a MOD is to make sure a chat is being fully functional as per the standards set by the Organization it is for. Key roles include, Maintaining a healthy vibe in chat, resolving any issues that a user has or directing them correctly to the support team, Warning and Muting of any individual that do not live up to the standards set by the organisation ie begging, unnecessary conflicts and Spams.  

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Im not going to lie but i can be all formal with this but my main reason to apply is to try and play my part to rebuild the reputation our community as Indians that we have lost due to a certain influx of people who dont understand the basic things and try and guide them slowly to be better by setting examples and constantly improving the quality of chats even if it takes me a 100+ years. Im tired of us being labeled as beggars and i need to fix this. Maybe me being this blunt isnt going to help my case to be a MOD but i dont want to be fake and formal to get this role, im just determined to fix the issues im triggered at. 

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

I have been muted once or twice before but i learned from it and never did it again. which is why i believe the current issues can also be solved if me as a MOD and guide them as i also learned what not to do from MODS.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

I dont know if KICK mods for streamers count but i do MOD for a couple streamers.

Are you prepared to work at nighttime?

Im a Night OWL as most of my trading volatility happens when it is late here, so working at odd hours is no issue for me.

Yea mod is like a controller of chat who has rights and responsibility to maintain flow of chat in positive direction. Mod has rights to warn or mute a user and responsibility to warn or mute those guys who are breaking rules by starting discussions in restricted topics such as politics, religion or begging from other users or just spamming and spreading negativity. By driving out such guys who are always breaking rules will help to go with only healthy discussions in chat and make it friendly for everyone.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

In last few days I have seen tons of users coming in chat and 90% of them are just begging and spamming the same lines everytime. I want to clean all such unnecessary and time wasting discussions.

Yea in my beginning days I was muted but never after then.

I have been admin in some online communities but never in any gambling platform. But now I can effectively work as a mod because in two years I have good understanding of how it works.

Why do I want to be a mod : I have a lot of free time in and I have the knowledge of guidelines in stake.com and I have worked as a mod in discord.

Banned: to be honest yes .. reason of getting banned user form IND chat having issues with deposit was begging to help him with the deposit issue but the  moderator didn't reply him from a while so I tryed to help him with the stake support mail id but I couldn't send it in chat because it was against guide lines so. I replied the user with my Instagram account to help him with the stake support mail id but the moderator made a permanent ban on me  for no reason . neither the moderator his helping the users with there issue .. neither leaving me to help the user ...i tryed to contact the [email protected] to remove the ban from me but no reply..but as the ban is removed from me I can honestly work in the chat..once again it is a unwanted ban!
