Although at times, when I am busy at my life works, i spend only 8 hours in stake chat. 3) The job of moderator is to make sure the chat is healthy and the players are having a good time chatting , abiding by the rules and regulations of stake chat. The moderators role is to mute those players who violate any of the stake chat rules. 4) I want to become moderator on stake Indian chat , simply because I love stake , been playing here since 2018. So I know what it takes to be a mod in any gambling sites, specially stake because of its huge player base. Also , I believe in my leadership skills and moderation skills , since I often keep reporting the players who violate the chat rules to the mods. Also , I am good in communication skills both Hindi (native Indian language), and English. So I believe to fit in this role. 5) I have been muted once like 3 years ago where I had a conflict with one of the player in chat. Since then , I have been abiding by all the rules. 6) Yes, in 2019 , I was a moderator in a crypto casino for around 2 months or so. Later, the casino was closed by the admin. Since, then I have been playing only on stake. 7) Yes , for sure. I can work at night time.

(1) My Stake Username Is vikash2008 (2) I spend minimum 16 hours to 18 hours on chat everyday (apart from sleeping , my all time is spent on chat) (3) In brief , the job of a moderator is to maintain healthy chat environment in the chat room by warning or muting those people who are not following the chat rules. Also , a moderator solves basic problems faced by chat members during chat or other basic or advanced queries of members. (4) Because I think that I spend most of my time in Indian chat room as I mentioned above and I also report those people to moderators who are breaking rules of chat everyday , I will be fully able to maintain a healthy chat environment 24*7 in the chat room. (5) .Never had any issue in the chat with any player. ONE DAY I WAS ASKING HOW RAIN TIP WORK AND I GOT MUTED BECAUSE OF IT FOR BEGGING THATS THE SHIT DAY OF MY LIFE (6) I have been moderator on rulebraker , tricks7 and other old wapka sites in the past !! (7) Obviously , I am fully prepared mainly for night time as you can check also , that I am fully active in evening and whole night...1000% full night I can work !! As a Moderator, one should be responsible for moderating conversations, treating users equally, enforcing stake chat rules, warn the abusers and helping to keep the community a safe and welcoming place for everyone. The chat should be regulated by abiding the chat guidelines and anyone seen not following them is either warned , muted or sometimes permanently banned. Permanent bans are basically for someone who is sharing personal data/links. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I love communicating with other human beings, basically a firm believer of a Learn, Apply and share mentality. As a moderator it will be a challenging but exciting experience for me. And I love challenges. Infact If I get selected I would work hard towards being the BEST mod on the platform by serving/treating users equally, conducting healthy competitions or any thing that comes in the path to help in building users engagement and I've got multi monitor setup that helps me to do the multitasking at ease. And why this chat room - I think language is just a medium , communication skills are important and I am comfortable and well versed with the language of this room - Hindi since I'm from India. No, however on the bright side I've been working in similar Environment Professionally where I get to communicate with users around the globe via chat method since 7 yrs, and I am well familiar with the red flags, heat management and delighting users. Are you prepared to work at night-time? Yes, Infact already doing Night shifts and I am flexible all thanks to the rotational shifts, my body clock is used to it.
