If you could explain in more details here on the thread, it would be great :)

Also, providing screenshots and/or video of the potential bug is welcomed, so that we could verify this and explain if the bug is legit or not ;)

You can report it here so that we could check it and clarify it to you, also give you feedback if it is a legit on and/or a visual bug ;)

If you find it easier, you can also report on that given email, whatever suits you more :)

The rewards would and could be given only for the exploitable bugs and, as I said, all needs to be tested first by the developers and verified.

@Bojana I don't know if I'm the only one who read the Terms of Service of both sites and noticed that there isn't "5.2" but there is "5.3" 😂 Most players might not read the ToS but I think it should be always correct since this is a very important part of the site xD

Thanks, @eldrindcm, yes, you are right, 5.2 is missing :)

They did not respond to my email. Should I send a follow up?

Contact them through live supports, or like Bojana said, just put the Bug here in the Topic, would make it easier for everyone to see.

Yes, I would suggest you posting it here so we can check too, and we will additionally forward if it is a legitimate one :)

The possible problem is in blackjack:

If I have a blackjack (AJ,A10,AQ,AK), and the dealer has a 21 (not a blackjack), the result is a push. Surely a blackjack beats a 21?

I also noticed that Insurance does not pay 2:1. It seems to only pay 0.5:1. Could you please investigate this?

I was also told about a reward for identifying exploitable bugs.

The result will always be a push/tie if you and dealer both have blackjack. If your hand is a blackjack, and the dealer's hand isn't a blackjack, the dealer's remaining card will not be revealed, meaning you win. But I think I haven't encountered having a blackjack and dealer's cards sum is 21, as I said, the dealer's remaining card won't be shown. We wanna have a look with this bet, please provide the bet ID.

Sample of a player's hand having a winning blackjack:

Blackjack:480,048,921 placed by Anonymous-3671759206
Wagered: 0.00000010 Payout: 2.50x Profit: 0.00000015

You're right, it's only paying 0.5:1

Blackjack:480,161,005 placed by Anonymous-3671759206
Wagered: 0.00000010 Payout: 1.33x Profit: 0.00000010

Note: The above bet shows that the profit is 10 sats, but on Stake, the profit is just 5 sats, and it's supposed to be 20 sats. (Idk if that's how the 2:1 should work)

All information about how insurance works can be found here: http://www.gypsyware.com/blackjackHowToPlay.html

Blackjack Game Play - Insurance

Most blackjack games allow you to buy Insurance if the dealer has an Ace showing. This happens after the cards are dealt, but before anybody starts taking hits. This is a side bet. You are betting that the dealer has a blackjack. You are betting that the hidden card is worth 10 points. You place an additional bet of up to half of your original bet. Once all players have placed an insurance bet (or declined to - you do NOT have to make this additional bet) the dealer then turns over the hidden card. If she has blackjack, all insurance side bets win at a payout rate of 2:1. So a $5 insurance bet would win you $10. ((2 divided by 1 = 2) times your bet of $5 = $10).

The logic behind this bet is supposed to allow you to break even instead of losing to a dealer's blackjack. The assumption is that a dealer showing an Ace has a blackjack, which beats you. So you buy insurance. Your initial bet is $10, and the insurance bet is $5 (traditionally it is half of your regular bet.) You win the insurance bet, so you win $10. You lose your regular bet of $10. End result = you break even. Be aware that unless you are a serious card counter, it rarely works this way. Just as often as not the dealer does not have a blackjack, and you end up losing both bets.

This side bet does NOT affect your regular bet. It is a completely separate bet. You can win one bet and lose the other. Or you can lose both bets. It is not possible to win both bets unless you are playing an unusual variation of blackjack where the player wins blackjack ties.

If the dealer has blackjack, all players who do not also have blackjack lose. Any player with a blackjack ties, unless they took Even Money. This hand ends and a new hand begins.

If the dealer does not have blackjack, insurance side bets lose. Player blackjacks win. And the hand continues.

In the demonstrated hand here:

Blackjack:480,161,005 placed by Anonymous-3671759206
Wagered: 0.00000010 Payout: 1.33x Profit: 0.00000010

The player lost their side bet of 5 satoshi (half the main bet) because the dealer didn't hit BlackJack. They did however still win the main bet, so they still got a profit of their initial bet minus the cost of insurance, which was 5 satoshi. (Ignore the 10 sats listed on the linked bet here on forum, i'll need to fix that as I am grabbing the wrong stats.) If you lookup the bet on the platform, you will see its a 5 satoshi profit, not 10.

Sorry for only replying now. That does not seem to be the case. I just made this bet Blackjack:528,621,054

As you can see, I bet 100 ether, and took another 50 ether for insurance. The dealer had a blackjack, and I 'won' 100 ether back. I should have won 150 back (50*2+ origional 50 bet on insurance). The net result would have been break even, but I lost a net total of 50 ether.

Please check it out for me (even the support members), thanks. :)

My understanding is that the bet report is not showing the correct information, but you in fact did receive the entire bet back. I'm having the developers confirm to ensure this is the case and you didn't lose funds rightfully owed.

Thanks Dan, I appreciate that. I can guarantee that I did not receive my entire bet back. That's why in the edit box on my previous reply, I tried again, this time keeping a close eye on my balance, and my balance did in fact decrease with 50 ether.

Looking forward to your reply :)
