Failed transaction money got debited from bank still no refund

hello guys my transaction got failed on stake but my money got debited its been 8 days i havent got my refund and they are also not replying on email please help what to do

Did you purchase crypto directly through Stake? If so I'd contact MoonPay who are the payment provider and perhaps could help.

Did you cash in from your bank to stake ? Maybe the network, you must always check that and you must insure the it was the same.
