Moderator truemeng Posted June 22, 2018 Moderator #1 Posted June 22, 2018 hi! balance is sometimes not showing the correct amount i was playing Hilo on laptop, using hotkeys. playing with my little balance while waiting for depo.. and this happens... also happened last night but i thought it was just lagging...

eldrindcm Posted June 22, 2018 #5 Posted June 22, 2018 If you bet using hotkeys, the balance won't decrease, you won't notice it if you're not looking into your balance while playing. You need to click the button to start and just use H and L hotkeys after clicking it.

Maybe you should refresh the page from time to time, or even try cleaning cache and cookies. Furthermore, you can check whether it will work fine for you on some other browser. Only if you are betting simultaneously, this error might occur, if it is only online and on another device even, it shouldn't be a problem The problem is we are trying to reproduce it and failing at it, so I think it was just a temporary one, the one with not updating balance properly. Clean cache and cookies, verify this on other browsers too, please, if the situation persists. Maybe making a video, so we could forward it to the devs would also help
