I told him that I wanted to change Host more response more recharge .. more bonuses .. help me. My Telegram is blocked and no longer responds to me by email.. even though I just want to change Host..

Only your VIP host can transfer you to another VIP host. If your Telegram is blocked, you can contact him via email. Kindly allow some time to your host to answer to you, and thank you for your patience. There is nobody on Forum who can help you with this transfer; only your host is able to do that.
