You can't upload videos on forum. Maximum filesize for image is 2MB, supported formats are gif, jpeg, jpg, png and webp.

But my images are more than 2MB so why they can't increase the images sizes?

Try changing format, or resize it. You can alse use some tools to reduce filesize

Thanks sir , that's i can do but it's just a suggestion if they can increase the size that would be better
