Not receive my B-Day Bonus this year

Hey yo wassup Stake Familly!

This year i not receive my B-Day Bonus (it was 09.07) and i ask stake support to check, mb my mail with link was not sended, and stake support say : "We don't have problems with mail send, so clear your mail or connect another one"

LOL, they don't even try to check, they say go away

I'm here from 2017, and this is first time i have so bad responce about my question

Or maybe B-Day Gifts canceled ? 

Need some info.

To be eligible, we just need you to meet a few specific requirements:

*Have a verified email

*Be at least level 2 KYC verified prior to your birthday

*Have a decent amount of activity or be any VIP rank

Check your spam email. If mail is not there, contact our support. Keep in mind that link for bday bonus is valid for 7 days. Im locking post.
