Blocked from bonus drops as a Platinum 5 player

Hello! 
today I recieved a email that for the next 7 days I will not be eligible for bonus drops. This is just crazy! 
 

i am a very active Platinum 5 player that wager $100k - $150k every single week on Stake, the only bonus drops I claim are the highroller codes and the stream codes from Eddies stream. 
 

You want to punish the bots but instead you punish some of your most active players on the site @Edward

 

i have never used a bot or some auto claim shit for codes so how do I get blocked from claiming them when Eddie said on his stream that there’s no problem with claiming a lot of highroller codes as long as you don’t use a bot and is a regular player? 

 

To block real active players from claiming codes was probably the worst solution you could come up with, and it will make players switch casino.

I guess they saw a pattern for example that X percentage of the same users claim bonuses regularly so they probably needed a solution to "satisfy" everyone (or rotate claiming users) who meets the requirements so they globally implemented this basic cooldown for every player. And to cover up this implementation they just put all the blame on "bots". Simple as that

Plat 3 here. I also received the Mail today! Active everyday in the chat, wagering and losing money everyday. This is the reward i Get, while people with alt accounts blatantly abusing the system with rain farming dont Get punished 😂

Stake is hurting regular players and letting people with multi accounts farm rain and drops.  Its not fair for us that deposits every day. 

Im tired of seeing this abuse day in and day out  and im only one code drop ban away from changing site.. im a plat 5 user and will not hesitate to change site if I get this ban in near future..

Yeah this is so stupid, it's funny also that they started doing 3 highroller code drops every day, and for what? so they can block people from claiming them.

Yeah and they really thought that this would help to get rid of bots claiming the codes, by punishing the most active players.

Actually exactly this was asked on stake stream on saturday and Eddie said high rollers are not impacted by this. Another ridiculous way to punish your most loyal and active players, wth are they even thinking???

Yeah this is exactly what I think too, it feels like they started doing 3 highroller drops a day now as a trap to block the people that are claiming them.
At this point it's almost like Stake wants the real active players to switch casino.

Well, if all the players sticked together we could do something against this but since here are too many degens who cant stop depositing this will never happen.

The mods/people you added I guess could also care less unfortunately. It's ridiculous to not even get a real reply from somebody in charge about this. All we get is lies on stream.

happened to me today, been depositing multiple times daily, playing fairly and still got banned. no more deposit to stake then, shuffle is the way to go.

Yeah idk how Eddie can say on stream that there should not be any problems for people just claiming the highroller drops, and then this happens lol.

I guess they don't reply to this because they have no idea what to say about it but we will see.
Since live support does nothing but act as a robot as usual it would be nice with some clarification about this.

Hello there,

 

So we're back, on the 29th of June I got that I was limited. I created following post: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/97933-account-codes-limited/

Ofcourse with no answer or resolution on this, only to find out on stream when Eddie provided several reasons as this happens. I had at that point taken a few daily drops codes and accepted my fate.

Next week stream 6/7, the restriction was lifted and I got to claim codes once again. In my mind I knew not too claim too many, so I just took the codes from the stream and the 2 streamers afterwards.

 

Yesterday from stake owns telegram group they announced a 5$ drop for the Euros, I took part of that. I MANUALLY inserted the code, no copy pasting.

 

Today on the 10/7 once again, I am restricted. For taking part of ONE code outside of the stream codes.

 

I am a regular guy, I have work 5/7 days out of the week. On my time that I have off then I take part in SvE, LvL and various sport promotion. I am engaging in my regional chat on a daily basis.

 

Can you see how this gets my gears going? All my wager for this weeks streams codes is now useless.

 

I get what you're trying to implement but there has to be a solution on when this affects your day to day players. We're just trying to be a part of what stake has to offer. Please have someone look at this.

As long as money flow they don't care about a few people complaining about anything on forum. Forum members are mostly spammers, people who don't speak english, people who don't care and people who are here for promotions only. 

Complaining here creatas only illusion for author that you did something to get an answer or change something. That things never happen here. I know this from my own experience. The only thing i got is 11 warning points in my profile...

You can only claim 10 in 7 days or you get a 7 day ban. Eddies been talking about it on stream
