I have changed my stake email on 5 jan 2026 and after few hour my email got hacked so my stake id now I have again contact [email protected] they say I have to wait for 30 days due to prior changes now what should I do now how can I recover my account.

So here's the thing I participated in euro league round 13 promo I met all the requirement like lvl 2 kyc and vip requirement but still when I see the result I was not eligible so I request moderator to look into it and also if there is any reason please tell me about it.
