The rain only goes to the same 20 people every week, the other part of users is blocked every 7 days and after getting banned sometimes you don't last 24 hours with the rain active. Support lies, everyone knows it and they even delete forum posts talking about this topic. @Edward is a fucking liar too who lies to his users and turned this into a profit inequality, he only cares about making money and not giving solutions to his users problems.

Yooo guys, finally decided to post about this. Many know about this exploit, and how unfair it is. 
For those that don't know the details, or have never even realized it was happening.. 
I wanted to lay it all out and start pushing stake to do something about it. 
I don't think they deserve any of our hard-earned money if this disgusting practice continues.
OK... here is the gist:
Do you know which language the majority of stake users speak primarily? 
English of course. (So much so, that the rules for English chat would normally be attributed to a global chat on other websites.)
It is safe to assume then, that the most  of the money coming in, is coming from the an English speaking player base.
Now, English chat has by far the most amount of concurrent chatters. 
We can say 1000 give or take, even though it is almost certainly an underestimate.
I can imagine the funding for rain bot comes out of stakes overall net profit, which as we established, most of which comes from an English speaking player base.
According to a mod I am not going to name, rain bot distributes rain evenly among all the chatrooms
Problem with that is: Korean chat, for example, has 10-15 active users MAX
Which in terms of income for stake, is dust compared to the income generated from English users.
Now.. I know for a fact the top 10 rain farmers in Korean chat make upwards of 1500$ USD per player each and every single week. 
It is guaranteed for them because of the amount of active users and the gate-keeping done by the people who benefit from this exploit.
Compare that to English chat where the top 10 rain farmers usually range from 200$-300$ per week, which is BY FAR the least out of all the languages.
It is the same story for other chatrooms besides Korean but Korean is a guaranteed 1500$ each per week, so it's the best example. 
So, even though most of the funding (in one way or another) comes from English chatters. 
It is funneled directly to a chatroom(s) where the profit made from them is negligible at best.
This is no small amount. This is a GUARANTEED 6000$ a month for each individual.
I do not know about you guys, but when I look at this after losing thousands of dollars it makes me sick to my stomach.
6000$/month-- no, let's round down 1k. Even if it was 5000$/month
That is more $ than a lot of people who play here religiously, make working a full-time 9-5 job.
Think about that for a second... 
The effort you put in for a paycheck, so you can deposit, vs. the effort one of those rain farmers puts in, and where that rain comes from.
If this does not make you feel like stake is disrespecting your loyalty to a sickening degree. 
I don't know what to tell you. 
Personally, I do not know how QA overlooked this blatant problem with how rain bot works.
I work in QA, and when it is your job to ensure the quality of a product or system, a red flag that obvious is a lay-up. 
It is the type of problem I will not even write up because I know that one of my colleagues is already on it. 
So either the people who are supposed to make the website better are laughably incompetent, or stake knows what is going on, but for some reason it is in their best interest to keep it the way it is.
Please vote this up, so someone at stake who actually matters will see this and be forced to address it. 
Let me know your thoughts, because calling this system unfair would be an understatement, businesses get boycotted for MUCH less.

The marketing department is absolute shit and everyone is responsible for this problem. They are constantly banning rain for users who bet. They are all liars. This casino is getting worse every day.

I was blocked last week without receiving rain in 20 days.   Shameful way to steal from customers. Poor communication, bad casino.  They deserve the worst.  Instead of kicking out the farmers they end up kicking out the loyal customers of many years.   3 years since 2021 that I am here. Really disappointing.   @Edward  you are responsible.  They will lose all their customers, this is going down.

How should I put it? Discussing these things in the chatroom can get you muted by the mods for spreading "false information"; the customer service and marketing teams keep passing the buck! If there's anyone to blame, it's our leader Eddie for his poor judgment in choosing people.

Today I made my last deposit until it's clarified what will happen. On my part, I have completed 30,000 in wagers this week despite being banned from Rains and codes. I am very disappointed.

I personally received 7 day Ban on Both of these but I'm a real gambler with lots of Depo's, Profits and Losses.
My question is why I got restricted but you can see abusers are still receiving, making even more with less competition.

If we all want to have a transparent community free of scammers, you could start by setting an example and communicating the truth. What is the true criterion for B? Or is it just given at random? The same thing is happening with the rains although you don't want to admit it. If you are doing it for the benefit of the community... then what is the problem in admitting the measure adopted?

Hello moderators and admins of Stake, I hope you are well, this thread is not intended to offend anyone and I also know that you do not have to give explanations, however there are many (frequent) users who are with the same problem. They are considered rain abusers and not only that, but there is also the problem of the codes.
We already know that this is the case, even though you continue not to answer any of the questions that we, the customers, have.
If you ask me, NO. I'm not in the chat just for the benefits, but of course it's a great motivator. I would love to know, if there is a real reason about the bans, because here it doesn't matter the deposits, losses or “disproportion” of rainfall between one user and another. 
They started by saying ( @eduardopieldecuero ) that they wanted to fight the bots. We believed you at first, when none of the regular stake users could redeem telegram bonuses.
But everything was escalating until we, REAL stake USERS, started to get first the B and now the R.
It is your company and you know that there is an infinite amount of irregularities, now I ask myself. Why is the solution always to take the benefits from the depositing client, especially from the old accounts? 
To close the subject.
Will there be any kind of credible answer from you?
If you are organizing everything to clean up the site from multi-accounts, that would be great. 
But we need to hear it from you.

If there reason for sending us this email is because we claim codes from the Telegram then how do you JUSTIFY us who has received 2 times the email, first email WE DON'T GET ANY CODES FOR 7 DAYS! meaning we can't get anything for the 1st week, that is okay, BUT the second email stating again that we can't claim for ANOTHER 7days is fuck up! remember WE DIDN'T GET ANY CODES last week? So how did we violate anything last week that we can't get anything this week as well? GIVE US A PROPER REASON FOR THIS STUPID ACTIONS OF YOURS EDDIE, don't tell us to go to your support that doesn't know anything.

I was limited last week and unable to claim bonus drops the whole week. Support refused to tell me why and so I just sat through it. I played like I normally did and today, less than 24 hours after the previous ban expired, I got another email saying I'm limited again, just before the Saturday stream. Anyone else have this happen to them?
What is going on? Is it that hard to just add captchas to code drops instead of banning random people for no reason?
I got my wager up this week in the expectation that things would be fine after the first round, but literally hours before the stream, I get limited again? How is this not simply fraud?

This looks very bad. My account was limited for the second week in a row without having redeemed a bonus. This is disastrous of Eddie. The only thing they are going to achieve is lose all their users. This is an insult to those of us who play every day.
