Today, I set up three rolls of the dice in advanced mode on the snake and I got 81x on three rolls, and the bet was rejected. They also say everything was settled correctly, even though six bets later paid out on three rolls 3.11x 
And these chat employees are idiots, they don't even understand what you're writing to them and they write their formulas that are not even relevant and that gambling is random when you have it set in advanced mode to pay out on 3 rolls and one bet is lost and a moment later on 3 rolls it pays out   
And once I received a $500 wager bonus via email one day, then the next, and then the third time in a row. It seemed strange to me that I was receiving three such bonuses every day.
So I contacted the chat to ask if the bonus was active before start wagering this and  the support agent said yes, of course, and that I had to wager $5,000 and that it didn't conflict with previous bonuses
. Then I didn't receive the bonus.
They only apologized. 
And they wrote that it was a misunderstanding, accidentally resent it, only crediting 2/3 of the bonuses, and because of their mistake I lost the money I spent on wager, I don't know why I still play here after this situation

This site joke sometimes and scam especially the originals. Keno is a complete disaster, and there's no randomness there.

这就是stake最大的问题 根本不解决问题  自动投注确实有bug我的止损没触发 也说是我设备设置的 说一切ok 但是 止损失效前大量密集投注比我正常的自动模式要快 很多也没有解释，我的也没解决

I've also noticed same issues with non responsiveness and delay in command functions which if it cant function properly should we not just be allowed to script our own auto betting cause not needing to put all the "hard work" on stake and just making it function ourself would be easiest but if I'm not mistaken stake doesn't allow this or am I wrong? pretty sure we can only use it  house function clarify me on this because im unsure and would love to know cause the auto betting qorks terribly for me (on mobile) for obvious reasons but never the less can easily make it function on my own if it's allowed

Hello,
On September 20, 2025, I experienced a malfunction in Stake’s built-in autobet function (200% increase after a win) while playing Dice x99.
📌 What happened:
Bet #605 casino:403979955969 – Win, $0.24 stake → $23.76 payout.
Bet #606 casino:403980026850 – Also a win, but the stake remained $0.24 (should have increased to $0.72). Payout again $23.76 instead of ~$72.
Bet #607 casino:403980027688 – Loss, and only here the stake increased to $0.72.

As a result, the autobet multiplier did not trigger after the first win, costing me $48.24 in missing payout.
🗂️ Steps I took:
Provided support with bet IDs (605, 606, 607).
Sent a screenshot of my autobet settings.
Added earlier bets on the same seed (house:403979926550, house:403979927408, etc.).
💬 Stake’s response:
They stated that autobet is processed on the player’s device, not the server.
If a “lag” occurs on the device or browser, commands may fail to reach the server.
However, there are no official technical requirements (device specs, browser version, internet speed) published anywhere.
When I requested clear conditions for autobet functionality, support could not provide an answer.
⚖️ My stance:
I used Stake’s built-in autobet, no third-party tools.
If a platform feature fails — it’s Stake’s responsibility, not the player’s.
Lack of transparency about system requirements means users cannot predict such issues and unfairly bear the losses.
Yes, the amount isn’t critical. But it’s a matter of principle: if the site doesn’t take responsibility for its own features, what guarantee is there that tomorrow the same won’t happen to any other player?
❗ I request:
Official acknowledgment of this autobet malfunction.
Clarification why Stake denies responsibility for its own core functions.
Compensation of the missing $48.24.
If unresolved, this issue puts all players who use autobet at similar risk.

 
🇷🇺 Сбой автоставок в Dice x99 (увеличение 200%) — прошу компенсацию и разъяснения
Здравствуйте!
20.09.2025 при игре в Dice x99 я столкнулся с ошибкой встроенной функции автоставок (увеличение на 200% после выигрыша).
📌 Суть проблемы:
Ставка №605 casino:403979955969 – выигрышная, ставка $0.24 → выплата $23.76.
Ставка №606 casino:403980026850 – также выигрышная, но ставка осталась $0.24 (должна была увеличиться до $0.72). Выплата снова $23.76, хотя должна была составить около $72.
Ставка №607 casino:403980027688 – проигрышная, и только здесь ставка увеличилась до $0.72.

В результате автоувеличение не сработало после первой выигрышной ставки, что лишило меня выплаты $48.24.
🗂️ Что я сделал:
Предоставил в поддержку ID ставок (605, 606, 607).
Отправил скриншот настроек автоставок.
Дополнил другими ставками с того же сида (house:403979926550, house:403979927408 и др.).
💬 Ответ поддержки:
Stake заявил, что автоставки обрабатываются на устройстве игрока, а не сервером.
В случае «лага устройства или браузера» команды могут не дойти до сервера.
При этом минимальные технические требования (устройство, браузер, скорость соединения) нигде не опубликованы.
На запрос о чётких условиях корректной работы автоставок ответа не последовало.
⚖️ Моя позиция:
Я использую встроенную функцию Stake, без стороннего софта.
Если функция работает нестабильно — это проблема платформы, а не игрока.
Отсутствие прозрачных требований означает, что игрок не может предусмотреть такие сбои и несёт убытки по вине Stake.
Да, сумма вроде не критичная. Но тут дело в принципе: если сайт не отвечает за свои же функции, то где гарантия, что завтра такое не случится у любого другого игрока?
❗ Я прошу:
Зафиксировать факт сбоя автоставок.
Объяснить официально, почему Stake снимает с себя ответственность за работу собственных функций.
Возместить недополученные $48.24.
Если ситуация не будет решена, это создаёт риск для всех игроков, которые используют автоигру.
