Evolution scam my 2k$ without clicking anything while join

Hello i open football studio live before i deposit 2.1k$ joining game.

When i open game instantly max bet on home,tie at the same time.

I didn't understand and couldn't react for refund bet.I lost without clicking or betting with my permission.

Evolution support said nothing wrong , stake support said nothing wrong. ?

I record after losing 2k$ it happened again.I don't click anything betting both sides at the same time.

I checked shortcuts there is  nothing like that keybind for betting home and tie.

when you press f5 before starting game its auto betting both side

Another proof i never bet single 1$ on tie , it was automaticly on while joining game %100 client bug it was almost 1h ago

It was really hard for me to lose like that,Because i just joined game and didn't put chips with my permission or clicking  I didn't deserve it. @Edward

Its basicly scamming money.

You can check my FULL History i never even bet 1$ on tie in my full history recent time.

Here is the other proof i tried again while joining game betting both sides at the same time.

 

Evolution support send this its happened in microsecond i didn't clicked anything. Probably this game client bug %100

What a shame for Evolution after Stake. Its basicly not controlled by player. That can be happened for everyone. You guys must fix that problem then refund the bet to this guy.

In the video, it's clearly evident that this must be a bug. Send an email to Stake's IT department so they can take a look at it. They might recover your bet as a goodwill gesture, or they might blame Evo for it and be off the hook😁. And in the worstcase scenario, I recommend starting a thread on casinoguru.com. good luck🤜

If you don't speak out about this incident, something like this will happen to you another time.

As this can be seen in the video, this evolution video scammed a valuable Stake user. It cannot be accepted the way the game acts without the consent of the player. Stake should solve this problem and refund the scammed money to takecare3434 and also prove that this problem will not happen again in the future. Otherwise, it can be assured that players who see this problem will quit Stake as guessed. I feel so bad this can even happen to a player. Delete my comment “ again” if you want, this won't solve the problem and won't stop the valuable users of Stake. We will defend our rights. By the way, so far, Stake Community Authorities deleted my comment 2 times but it wont stop us from getting our rights.

I checked game again with recording if you press "space" button it randomly hit bet on both side  @Edward can you come and explain ? even if you dont click anything it happens its %100 bug from game @Steve

We expect an urgent solution to this issue from Stake, which constantly emphasizes that it is number one in this business. There is an involuntary bet and there is no guarantee that it will not happen to other users tomorrow. Until this issue is resolved, live casino has many question marks.

Problems like this stake handles with scam. I feel like they are just keeping the amounts for themself.... There have been some threads about such things. Just research ( if they are not deleted).

it might just be your mouse setting....( you might as well be aware of it) why open another page then click on the game and scroll back down to the bottom of the page then back up ( we can't see but when you scroll up all your chips went in)  

TBH you either accidentally bet all your chips or you bet that 2 k lost and your are trying to make up for it

just saying i am never gonna defend evolution gaming since one day long time a go on another casino i had 6 or 7 $ on 6 the 6 drop they didn't pay me...saying stuff like it was a bug , you had no business betting on 6 lol

it wasn't my first time to lose im p4 for registered since  2021.I tried after this it happens randomly hitting 2 sides without clicking.I will share video again. Other part in my recent history there is not 1$ on tie bet on any games.

Also we trust stake why if something went wrong they should fix it and cover their player.

yep it went on tie too...interesting i guess it can hit left center right if you slightly move your mouse while scrolling up.

its been happened to me 5 days ago, in pragmatic baccarat live. i swear my mouse stay on other place, but seems someone controling my account to change bet size, so i decide not place any bet, i see 4 times looks someone/ pragmatic controling that "shadow coursor" even my mouse keep on other place. 

we know, scam is real.

It happened with me too , except I didn’t have money at all and it played Retro Tapes one game and it won 380$ so I was kinda amazed … I did not annoyed the support at all so we good , just in case check your sessions ✌️😂

This happened to me as well, but it's not Evolution's or Stake's fault.
There is an extension in your browser that is causing this. I don't know why, but it causes this in all Evolution live games (and even in some slots too).

Just disable them one by one until you find the culprit. Make sure you use a wallet with low balance just in case. This only happens when the bets are open, so you have to refresh and time it properly.

That should fix it.
