They keep saying you put manually chips but they don't tell me how i put chips at the same time home and tie ?

I say to evolution support i have video proof but they say  we can't see media files on here , you need to contact with casino.

But stake support keep saying samething they don't check videos. I don't know what to do ?

Unbelievable, it’s hard to believe no one cares. It's hard to believe that no mod has seen this thread and escalated it by now. If they’re staying quiet, something must be happenin, hopefully something good. it’s not even my money, and it still makes me mad 😅

They need to say we will investigate that problem and fix soon as possible for future problems and will refund your balance.Is it too hard @Edward ? First time i lost money like that without my permission.

It's really sad. It has completely shaken our trust. If this is not fixed, the same trust cannot be regained. Users' losses should be compensated and this error should be fixed as soon as possible.

We already lose our money regularly on stake, on top of that, if we have such problems no one is interested for fixing. @Edward
