Regarding to rains.

What is going on with these ''rain abuse'' things. I haven't received rains for 8-9 days in regional chat even tho i meet the requirements. I'm starting to lose my temper because of the blatant lies of the customer support onsite. I feel like this should be adressed directly to the player if they are restricted from bonuses.

Ib my opinion and many others opinion also regarding to this topic is that, there should be immidient email about the thing. Stake is technically and actually is breaking rules of moral and also rules of cucarao license. It's strictly forbidden to lure people to wager x amount, play that amount and eventually when time comes for the promotion/bonus/ whatever rain is, to come, you won't recieve it. This also affects regular users the most, because when this happens people have couple options.

1. Make an alt account and abuse promotions from that.

2. Get angry and blame the customer support, people in the chats etc.

3. People starts wagering more or doing different things losing money to receive the bonus, whim they are still unable to attend.

 

I kindly request, that this will be addressed somehow. This cant continue this way.

If any of you have similar feelings etc. feel free to tell those in the comments.

It's just ridcilious that customer support tells that these ''rain abuses'' doesn't exsist. Thats patheic.

 

Please, any managers any people working upper customer support answer. Any answer besides the copypastes are valuable, so we can cooperate regarding to this topic.

The thing is, most likely support has been told to act like it doesn't exist by higher ups or they really don't know but I'm pretty sure they know about it because of how many contacts support about it with proof also.

I'm on my 5th week of codeban and 4th week of rainban In a row and I'm still in 15-20k total loss on stake.

There's always 20% of our regional chat who's code+rainbanned at all times and we're all active players.

This won't change and it'll just continue until it's becoming a problem for stake and it gets talked about alot more on socials etc.

 

I've made 2 forum posts about it in the past and they've deleted both.

I find it crazy that they target active users/gamblers and not the ones who bot/script codes and alts rain + codes.

I also find it funny how some discords & telegram groups send out the bonus code drops before it's released in the official telegram group. Makes me wonder what the marketing team is really up to.

It's important to note that there is no official concept of being "banned" from receiving rains. If you are not receiving rains, it could be due to not meeting the eligibility criteria or simply due to the random nature of the Rainbot's distribution. If you have concerns about not receiving rains, it's best to check your activity and ensure you meet the necessary requirements

if you think someone is rainabusing you can report him to your local mod/live support otherwise, how could you know if someone rainabusing?

if you know how to look at your account status, you can see it in the features section with rainabuse status, every time I show it, the moderator will definitely delete it
