I bring affiliates to their network, yet they restrict my account by rejecting all my legitimate documents, claiming there are concerns about my government documents, bank accounts, and all the services associated with my home, where I have lived for 30 years Be careful with your money, my friends. You never know what might happen overnight, and you could lose all control afterward 👀

I am no longer able to play, withdraw money, or even discuss issues with live support. They accept my passport and driver’s license but are refusing all my documents, including my bank accounts and the services for my home where I have lived for 30 years. This is very concerning. Overnight, my account was restricted, and I have to start all the levels over again. It’s very worrying not to feel secure and to have no control over their actions.

Denying service is one thing but denying access to funds out of the blue is so sus! And not giving any reason!! Yooh!! By this time services have already been rendered so it just paying out even if they want to refuse future service. Granted there weren't violations during gameplay. I mean you should take the matter up with authorities because withholding property without proper cause is stealing. Askgamblers could help too

I hadn't thought of Askgamblers to resolve the situation. They informed me that they have suspicions about my documents without giving further details. I am honest and not a thief. Stake was happy to have me spend my money with them since 2020 while bringing in paying affiliates. They say they have suspicions about my documents, then ask me to send others, only to refuse them again and again. And now, you're telling me you don't accept a copy, even though I always send the originals 🤬🤬🤬

You refused all of them, telling me that my documents, with suspicions, were not valid. I have been living in my house under my name for more than 30 years. Why are you acting this way? Played for three years without issue and leveled up and as soon as I hit diamond my account was looked down and was told issues with verification but would provide no explanation or assistance despite submitting documents. Complete scam.

Rexrem Posted September 19, 2024 #19 Posted September 19, 2024 Nope; was never resolved. Given how much stake changed for the worse over the last couple years it was the last straw for me. I told them to close my account and I walked away. Wasn’t worth it to fight given how they operate here now. Check on this forum once in a while to see all the current issues and just waiting to see a posting that they are shut down. Feel like it is o my a matter of time since they are operating in the US now. They don’t mess around and expect the team to be in silver bracelets eventually.

I have sent bills, bank statements, a donation letter, invoices paid by my clients, and correctly credited to my bank account, all in PDF format, but also photos taken with my cellphone of the original documents. Everything has been consistently rejected. I have been sending any document in my possession for a full 7 hours now: electricity and gas bills, bank statements, various letters, all of which clearly show my name, surname, and address. Why do they continue to reject them?
