Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator's role is to ensure that the chat remains a welcoming and respectful environment for all users. This involves enforcing community guidelines, resolving disputes, and assisting users with any issues they may encounter. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I have a genuine passion for fostering positive online communities and ensuring that users have a pleasant experience. Becoming a moderator would allow me to actively contribute to maintaining a friendly and constructive atmosphere in the chat on Stake. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I have received a one-hour mute on one occasion. However, I have learned from that experience and strive to adhere to the chat guidelines more diligently. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I have previous experience as a moderator on some Discord channels and have moderated various online games. I hope and would work with you as i can do this full time and i have excellent knowledge of English language and i have worked with chat support in past. kareem Posted December 9, 2024 #159 Posted December 9, 2024 1- arab 2- I spend on average 9-14 hours. 3- The moderator job is quite simple, which is enforcing the rules while maintaining a friendly environment and making sure everyone is following the rules. 4- I wanted to become an Arabic chat moderator due to the similarity of my name "Arab" to my chat, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the chance. So now, I would like to become a sports mod, hoping to make other players enjoy chatting while playing at the same time! 5- I have been muted several times in the past, but I hope that doesn't affect my chances of getting the job because I have learned from all of my past mistakes. 6-Yes, I have been a Discord moderator, where I was taught how to handle any situation that could occur. 7- Day or night, as long as Stake needs me, I'm more than happy to do whatever it takes! Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? • To be very honest first all i want is job as currently i am unemployed for time being and also ive worked as a risk and compliance analyst which i believe fits perfectly for this job role and being a chat moderator will be really helpful in covering all the points, also there will be upcoming events in Indian sports ( IPL 2025 ) which will be the biggest sports cricket tournament and supporting the folks there regarding there sports bet will be important. I have always respected the language on chats and also avoided offensive or disturbing messages to keep my chats professional and healthy.
