Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is- I would believe it has to do with being somewhat in control of the room to were it doesn’t exceed the rules and boundaries that are set in place. Engage with the room as well as keeping the room updated with related information. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat- I’m a huge sports fan and keep updated daily on what’s going on with everyday sports and it would be awesome to hear and see different opinions and knowledge of the likeminded fans. In my belief, the job of a moderator is to ensure that the chat remains respectful & appropriate, whilst handling any disputes or queries from other users. A moderator creates a positive environment where users feel they are safe and listened to. Moderators ensure the upkeep of this by managing the chat's flow via rules and engagement. Moderators should be someone to classify as a friend, but also to be firm. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I have seen regular occurrences of rule breaking, spam and negative comments. I would like to be someone who people can ask for help, whilst managing the negativity. I honestly believe I can make Stake a better place, as I am passionate about the website, and have worked in a similar environment. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I am currently muted right now for a week (great timing). I am a single dad and would be perfect for me. I would like to keep players safe from any toxicity and potential scams. English is my one and only language. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes I was muted once for low quality chat but if you look at the incident it was for saying something about a phishing link. Look as a staker i played sports more than anything else that's why i can be a good sport moderator. Yes yesterday wen i joined public chat in other server and i was not aware of jumping in other chat leads to mute and btw i just joined forum. Yes not on platform but in several dc servers i was moderator (nfts discord) Yes it suits me because of my timezone my timezone is UTC + 5:30.

To make sure that Compliance chat-rules are followed by the users and ban them if needed, make sure that no one is abusing anyone, not promoting anything else, no toxicity, friendly environment between each users and many more to moderate on daily basis. 4. As i told i have been on stakes from last 8+ months and after spending more than 8+hours on daily basis on chats i feel that their must be someone to control and tell the guidelines to the new users when they break the community compliance. I think i would be the best person to moderate properly on my time and make sure no one go against the compliance. 5.Yes, but i can work as an moderator because no one learn without mistake and now i have been gone through that so i don't want anyone else to face the same and guid the new users on time and state them what to do and what not to doo and ban them only if needed. And make sure it's always an friendly environment between the users. 6. Yes, i have also moderated for few youtube channel as an live chate moderator and for few telegram channels for around 6-12 months. I know the rules and regulations of the moderator and also if need to learn more i'm ready to learn and develop my self and i'm ready to work with u guys. 7. I spend more than 8 hours but not using most of it on chatting. 3. moderator from my own opinion is HE/SHE must be friendly, easy to approach, fun to talk to and active. Moderators from the name itself is to help chat to improve and make everyone’s every chat more meaningful(not single word chats) 4. First, I need a job to make myself more comfortable with others but not the money, I want to be an inspiration to others that even if im new to this community I have something in me. Second, Im having fun with chat even though I dont know anyone in there. Third, I want to do something in my life all I do is lay down in bed and congratulate everyone on chat and wishing them luck. Lastly, I can do full time even though you dont want me to be there hahaha. I will treat this job as a hobby so that I can have fun while doing it. (Added) And if I am given this opportunity I would like to do a double job. I would like to make the Filipino chat more lively because I am filipino. I dont really need the money for the job, I can do this just for fun (appreciated if I will be paid and willing to donate half of my pay to chat community) 5. yes, first and last time.
