abhi18 Posted January 2, 2025 #2 Posted January 2, 2025 don't hope recovery, very little chance of getting back, but hope you get your funds back
Gzmy Posted January 2, 2025 #3 Posted January 2, 2025 I don't get it. Did you send USDC through base or USDC eth? If you sent through the wrong one, it might not be recoverable. But definitely contact support/email support. Ask them to point you in the right direction about how to contact the right department. Always double/triple check when sending, rule #1 when it comes to sending crypto.
willberichhh Posted January 2, 2025 #4 Posted January 2, 2025 If you've sent it to a wrong network it is considered permanent
CulitoFuerte Posted January 2, 2025 #6 Posted January 2, 2025 I had the same problem. I wanted to withdraw money to a USDC wallet using Polygon. I selected Polygon, but when I hit withdraw, the two-factor authentication expired, and I got an error. When the error happened, I think it switched back to the default ETH network. I entered the two-factor code again and made the withdrawal. When I noticed the withdrawal wasn’t coming through, I checked the network and realized the mistake. I thought the money was lost ($200). Out of frustration, I gambled and made back that $200. After a few hours, I checked my wallet again and, somehow, the withdrawal to the Polygon wallet through ETH went through. I don’t know how, but I got it. I hope it’ll be the same for you

C8H18 Posted January 2, 2025 #8 Posted January 2, 2025 Just contact the team they sent you to, there isn't any reason to ask around here really. Send them what they ask for, and they let you know whether you can get your funds back or not.
Kituna Posted January 2, 2025 #9 Posted January 2, 2025 It is of course possible to recover but they will probably not give you back whole amount.

Which is still generous, given that most services will tell you that it is not possible to do anything on their end, and just keep the funds. Kituna 1
