How to talk to support?

I have been trying to talk with support but only bots options are visible to answer.

How can I talk with support or open any queries?

I think it depends of what you're asking. if it's a faq as yours that's why you probably get a bot answer. You can insist on the matter if you think it's not a time related issue and you will get transferred to a real agent

These support workers are useless.  All they do is basically copy and paste answers from a template.  Don't even know who picks these people... they are rude and just lazy.  Like I once questioned the legitimacy of the games,  all they did was copy n paste them once I asked them to explain,  they literally said " I don't have to explain this to you" if you don't want to play,  don't play.  Lol

How long do they take to get back via email? Been waiting since last night but nothing in my inbox
