Money missing from glitch

literally I was playing I was at 2 hundred something then it drop to 1eighty something and then dropped to 79 and then 89 and then 79.99 again like I refresh mad times but it’s still missing …..

Its not missing its a glitch logout and login again maybe it will get fixed or if its happening again  contact customer care

Dont play any original bets on weekly stream especially if you tried to wager or bet fast, its glitching so bad and made you think you still got money but its gone already

hatte auch schon auf das Problem das Support hat mir auch nicht wirklich weitergeholfen. nur die üblichen Konserven als Antwort das hat mich nicht wirklich weiter gebracht. man sollte definitiv drauf achten dass man auf manuelle spielweise keine zustellen wetten per Tastatur oder Maus abschließt weil das sonst als Angriff auf das sicherheitssystem gewertet werden kann. so sagte mit zumindestens.

After it happened to me a while ago, I tried to talk to support to check things out to see if there was a loss of funds without them being lost.overall the result was nothing!!!They justify themselves by lowering the price of Bitcoin,In my case, I start with a balance of 1000 euros..after a few bets I am in profit...and the amount in my balance is 700 euros.There's no way the price of Bitcoin could drop that much in 15 minutes.It's a difference of 350 euros because as you can see I'm making a profit of over 50 euros and I started with 1000.

I can tell you...even after I showed them the latest amounts I added to the account.equivalent to about 960 euros,after you collect them,+ profit of 58 euros , and at the end the balance is 770 euros.!!! , They replied that everything was correct :):):) Bitcoin simply changes its price and that's why.

There is nothing wrong actually. The problem is balance update and statistics. Sometimes they dont work. For that reason you are not aware  you lost the money.
