Received an email today informing me a few changes were made to my account 

For the next 7 days i wont be eligible to claim bonus codes ( even tho i have more then enough wager)
For the first time I tuned in to Eddies stream and managed to claim 4 codes manually

I've never been able to claim a single code from tg as they are to fast gone, so I gave up on that 
Not using any bot service either as im affraid my account will be compromised resulting in losing funds
Reached out to support who friendly informed me that they can't explain why, it is what it is
The department in charge of this choice isn't available for direct contact

Is there a max of codes one can claim?

Thanks for your reply, so for indeed it hasn't really been made clear why this has happened but ok
Was more cause im curious if this has happened to other members as well, not so much expecting a soltion
Support was clear; " it is what it is"

You've been code banned.  It's happened to many, many people over the last few months.  Nobody knows the real reason behind it, it seems to be somewhat related to some peoples amount of bonus received vs how much they wager, and people claiming many codes with multiple accounts or under the same IP address. Who knows really. 


Nothin' you can do about it so alls you can do is eat it, unfortunately. 

It's the lesser of two evils, there is also an email that reduces the size of all of your bonuses like monthly, post, pre etc by like 90% for 30 days that just tells you outright you've somehow been given more bonus than what you otherwise earned according to them, so, at least you don't have that one. 

The correct response in both scenarios here is to simply not play for a week or a month if you ask me

That makes it a bit more clear thanks
Well i am damn sure that i only have 1 account, and nobody else i using my ip address to play stake on
So maybe the ration between what i claimed/wagered and didn't lose was the reason for it
All good 7 days only just skip 1 live stream
Will see if it happens again, assume not as i don't to anything which violates their rules

Profit on your weekly or monthly stat trigger this email, even if you rip it short time after. As long as you've had profit on any of those stats for a few minutes, you risk getting the email.

Yes this is enough and its the most bullcrap logic out there… I recieve it every week cause I play and depo every week so at some time i win like 3k and I get the email and then next day or even same day I lose it all back but the ban still remain. Same with shadowed for rain and 30 days reduced. 
 

And I have lost over 10k usd each year Ive been at stake. Common sense is not stake marketing best feature.

Well, this is eye-opening. No email, but I've noticed that I can't redeem drops despite being relatively quick with entering codes. It is a business after all, so as long as I don't get banned, I guess grinding it out will have to do.
