I have a variable time spend on chat as of now but as a Moderator i can definitely manage to spend 8 hours time at minimum to 10 hours maximum.

Moderator's main task is to maintain a healthy decorum in the chat room so that people have a nice, friendly and enriching conversation which requires putting the stake guidelines ahead for everyone to understand and follow , and address any kind of unhealthy communication like spams, harassment, verbal abuse, or any other improper content or disputes by use of discipline mechanisms like warnings, muting , etc . Moderator generally is seen as a person to look after for any kind of help a user wants during the chat and at the same time a strict teacher of a class too who would punish to maintain the decorum of class for the good of all. 

I think I am good at the role described above and have experience as a mathematics teacher where I taught students at different levels including professional exams...so I know how to maintain a class atmosphere as healthy as possible where the students/users basically enjoy the time as well do this in a disciplined way to the minimum required extent. I truly enjoy this nature of work and am fully capable to handle the dialects used by people in this chat as I too belong to one of the common Indian household and know their language in depth and can smartly handle the complex of situations if they arise. I spend almost all of my time on the system so will easily be a successful and progressive mod. At the same time will help earn some extra bucks for myself.

I have been warned though not muted , a couple of times for Caps On.

I have been never been an officially served as a moderator in the past but definitely want to make my experience complete with this role.

3. "with authority comes responsibility." the job of a mod is very complicated. it includes many tasks, not just muting the rule breakers but also maintaining a healthy and fun-loving environment in the chat.

4. To contribute to the work done by other moderators and, being honest, my aim is to make this chat a scam-free chat. as i know how much it takes to earn one penny, it hurts when some bad apples ruin the whole environment by taking advantage of innocent people.

Hey my name is Mannat

1- My stake username is Mannat00001

2- I mostly spent 8-9 hours on stake on daily basis from which 1-2 hours are spent on gameplay and rest are mostly spent on chat

3- Moderator in my prospective is not someone who give mutes timeout and ban people but he is someone who should know how to manage and guide the audience in very peacefull manner and maintain the decorum of whole chat…This is what I believe.

4- First of all it would be a dream come true moment….But on serious note I really wonder to work as moderator with stake because I think I am capable of handling the audience as I have worked in many discord severs So on behalf of that experience I am confident enough and also I have good conversation skills even in three languages

Hindi English Punjabi and bit of Sanskrit also

5- Till I remember I have not been banned muted or warned

6- Yes I have been moderator in Few discord groups and also have handled some telegram channels of some youtube creators 

7- Yes ofcourse for work I never deny even you will never get a chance of complain…..I am very punctual about my work overtime is not a big deal in my case even If I m spending daily 7-8 hours on stake I would love to spend even more if get hired as a moderator….Hoping for positive revert
