I was muted once for texting in English in the India chat without prior warning. Since then, I have been careful to follow all chat rules and guidelines.

Yes, I have been a moderator for a Kick channel and Discord servers for streamers. In these roles, I managed community interactions, enforced rules, and ensured a positive environment for users.

I would say 16 to 20 hours easily. Sometimes even more.

Of course. A moderator's role is to ensure the chatroom runs smoothly by enforcing the rules, maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment both towards users and fellow moderators, by addressing any disputes or issues that arise in a neutral but unbiased manner.

The above includes muting or warning users when necessary, also assisting the users with questions and queries, guiding them to support when necessary.

And most importantly fostering conversations to keep the chat active and enjoyable since it's a community at the end of the day where users experience highs and lows, as they go through their gambling sessions, so the chatroom definitely should serve as a place where we can collectively both escape and celebrate our gambling outcomes. 

Why do I want to become a moderator on this chat?

Good question. Simple answer, I like helping people. The Indian chatroom is full of queries, and a lot of them end up in other rooms. Since I’ve had the same questions myself, I know how confusing it can be, and I think I’d be a good fit for helping out.  

Besides that, I feel like people enjoy my presence in that chatroom, and I have a good rapport with them. It would also be nice to have another female moderator alongside Varka. This space is pretty male-dominated, and representation matters, but at the end of the day, what really counts is how well someone does the job. And I know that if I set my mind to it, I’d do it well.  

I enjoy social roles, and I have a lot of energy to spend on interacting with and helping people. Plus, after talking and observing moderators over the past year and seeing what they do, I’ve developed a real interest in it myself. I like the challenge.

I'm also pretty outspoken with how I am, so i wouldn't mind taking the criticism and challenges that come with having to moderate a community of people I have once been a part of, as a user. Professional and personal balance is important. Remaining neutral and deterring conflict are some qualities I've definitely learned recently.

I've been overactive in this community so I've had my fair share of mutes that now serve as a learning curve. I believe that's how you learn. I don't think it was anything out of the line though, and if it were, i served my time.

I have some experience moderating Discord communities, mostly ones outside of gambling, as well as occasional moderation in Telegram groups and streams.

Am I prepared to work at nighttime?

I'm definitely prepared to work at night. In fact, it was 5 AM when I sat down to write this application, so yeah, my schedule has been pretty flexible lately.

3.For me, A moderator should be prepared for each and every situation.A moderator’s job is to create a friendly environment among the users in the chat first. Having friendly chats , being active and showing the users their way like in helping with some issues they are facing and then helping the new users with some suggestions then comes the abuse of rules and regulations, send them to muteland according to what they did etc, not a big deal.

I think i would be PERFECT for this post confidently.I have been in chat since a lot of months now  I know each and every stuff about chat like how things work and how to handle it like a professional.Also i have quite good communication skills to deal with new users or any.I have many guys i know in Indian chat and challenges chat too. 5.Well things happen🤷🏻Happened with me too. I remember getting muted for texting hi in the chinese chat in my new days. As of now The present, Im clean since months and improved to the best potential. We still keep improving though💪🏻

6.No , I dont think so that i have modded anywhere but i think know things more than someone who modded previously anywhere. I founded an app though for a battle royale game a few years ago but it couldnt go well so had to shut it down.Quite sad isnt it ? haha

A moderator’s job is to maintain respect and discipline in the chat towards users and moderators, answer players’ queries without being biased and ensure that players follow Stake chat rules and If someone breaks the rules by using other language, chat jumping, asks for tips, loans or rain, abuses stake staff, shares personal information, uses alt account or uses poor quality of chatting, they get warned or muted based on their past history of chat mutes and warnings. Moderators also review appeal requests on the forum and reconsider mutes if there has been any misunderstanding.

Ans. Indian chat is my local chat-room, and I’m already very active in Stake challenges chat, I can easily remain active for hours on stake and as a moderator, I can contribute even more by helping users with their queries and ensuring the chat stays organized. A lot of them end up in other rooms like challenges chat with their queries. Since I’ve had the same questions myself, I can help them with giving exact solution of their queries and maintain calmness in chat.

Ans. Yes, I have been very active on stake chat and have fair number of mutes and warnings before, mostly for spamming in the challenges chat. Sometimes it happened because I wasn’t aware of slot hunt or chat rules, and other times I just followed along with what others were doing. However, if I am assigned as a moderator for the Indian chat, I will make sure to follow all the rules properly and set a good example.

Ans. Yes I have been moderator on Telegram and discord servers for poker with well over 20k members, it was 2 years ago and I used to be active for approx 8 hours there.

4. Becoming a stake chat moderator is something i would completely fit for as i have ample amount of information about many of the queries new users have. Being above average knowledgable about stake makes the scene easier. I have a friendly yet a commanding nature with an eye for any violations that might disturb. Being vigilant and active is how i do any task or job, and mixing all of the above i might be the right fit for this role. 
Alot of our players in the indian community and chat know me as well as respect me since they receive the same love and respect from myself.

5. Yes i have been muted a few times.

The reasons are simple mistakes that could be made by any brand new user on the website and these are things that possibly cant be repeated looking at where i stand today.

6. I have administrated and moderated a few communities of stake on discord and telegram. Other than this i have moderated a community of 150+ hoteliers from the group of Marriot Hotels in india.

Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: Yes, I was muted once for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I always follow the guidelines and promote positive engagement within the community.

Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? 

=> Yeah A moderator is a person who handles the chat and make sure no one breaks the chat rule and if there are some issues regarding anything in the Stake, they will guide the players. Anyways a job of moderator is interesting and they need to do it calmly, so I am looking forward for this opportunity. Also they have to watch about conflicts between the players in the chat and find a solution for the same.

Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? 

=> When I started playing this game, I wondered how all this works and it always fascinated me. So I always wanted to become a part of stake team and wanted to server for it. This is also the reason which motivates me to play.

Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? 

=> Yeah actually I have been muted 2-3 times before but as I was new and didn't knew about the rules so I got muted, but as I got my mistake I was waiting peacefully to get unmute again and after that I haven't been muted.

Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?

=> Nope I haven't been moderator, I am looking forward for a opportunity to be a one. And besides that I don't even play on any other platforms, I always prefer stake.

3. I've previously worked as a Chat Moderator on Discord & Sub Moderator on Reddit. Job of a moderator would be to : 

(i) To enforce server rules to the users, time and again explaining & reminding them of the server rules. If they fail to follow the server rules, a Moderator would Mute the user for couple of hours to days depending on the strike. If its 1st strike if would be few hours. His 5th strike it would be a week.

(ii) To keep the Server Environment positive & welcoming. By greeting the users during the morning & evening, keeping them active by posting small puzzles, posting updates etc. 

(iii) To manage what's being said in the chat, remove any unnecessary spam or unrelated posts on the Chat. Tell users not to send spam etc. 

(iv) Most important job of a moderator is to de-escalate the situation. Online Chats are more like Debates. Sometimes users get carried away, tensions arise & start making personal insults at each other. Moderator job is to de-escalate that situation, warn both users to cool it, if they don't, mute them both to keep the sanity of the Chat. 

(v) Helping & Informing the users about Promotions, Giveaways & Bonuses(This would be for Stake). Reminding them to check their Emails, follow Twitter(now X) , Telegram for recent updates. 

 

4. Reason I want to become a Chat Moderator is, I've seen we don't have enough Chat Moderators to control the spamming (users asking for tips or users relentlessly spamming about bonuses). Present mods are doing well but I think with my previous Moderator experience, I could be the best in the job & keep the community happy &  cheerful. 😀

 

5. Nope. I've never been warned or muted or banned. Infact I'm one of the best users on Chat. Mostly help users about Sportsbetting & upcoming games.
